Peploe's is chic, sophisticated and probably the bubbliest restaurant in Dublin. Great food and ambience is the order of the day at Peploe's Wine Bistro. We all work very hard making sure that we have the best service, great food and really buzzy atmosphere! Our produce is sources from the best Irish and European suppliers of fresh fish and meat.

Lovely French Food

Enjoyable meal in pleasant surroundings. The food was excellent but quite pricey. The portions were good size and very good service.

I came here for dinner with my fiance mid-week. The restaurant was quite busy and we were seated quickly. Our waiter Eddie was super; very friendly and helpful in explaining the specials to us. The service was very fast and the food was delicious (especially the vegetarian options). We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Peploes got off to a great start on a wet Sunday in the St. Stephen's Green area by simply being open - not all of the places which might be deemed competitors deign to open the doors at lunchtime on Sunday. When I say 'competitors' I mean places offering a set lunch menu of c.€30 for two courses. A lovely,... More

Nothing special about the food and it's expensive as well, not bad ambience but a bit packed and stacked in there, better places than this marco Pierre White for instance

I had the great pleasure of being entertained to lunch in this beautiful basement restaurant recently. It really cannot be faulted. The welcome, service, decor, ambience, and of course the food were simply delightful. Peploe's set the standard that many others would do well to emulate.

Just after having a very disappointing expensive meal tonight in this restaurant. While the starters were enjoyable the main course was a great disappointment. I ordered a 12oz sirloin steak with chips - no veg or onions or sauces. When our meals arrived I was given a fatty ribeye steak covered in red onions. (I feel somewhat insulted that they... More

I visited Peploes again and what a Lovely evening. From the moment I got there (after a busy day at meetings) I felt comfortable and from the greeting onwards it was hard to find a flaw. The Staff were attentive but not intrusive. The Food was Good. I felt I got Value for money and the Staff are Excellent. I... More

About 8 of us ate here for a family celebration. We had a fixed menu (similar to their current early bird), 3 courses for about €30. Food was mixed, calamari starter very good but others were disappointed with their mozzarella and beetroot starter, which apparently lacked flavour. Fish special went down well. Venison was good but came with a scraping... More

Had a great lunch here. You'd almost walk by peplos but we had an amazing lunch here. Very romantic, great food and excellent staff! You can have a lovely meal at a good price or push the boat out too if you prefer! Will definitely go back!

We haven't been to Dublin for a few years but decided to return to Peploe's Wine Bar / Bistro as we've always had a good time there. The was no exception. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and the service was very good. They suggested a wine which was really lovely ! The food was very good. We had a... More

Dear LondonFaye Thank you for choosing to visit us again on your visit to Dublin, delighted we delivered a great dining experience for you. We have always traded as a wine bar but you never know what the future holds and our Prosecco Cocktails are definitely very good as you have attested here. Hope you don’t leave it so long... More
