Description: Just off of St Stephen's Green One Pico is one of Dublin's hottest dining destinations. But with acclaimed chef Eammon O'Reilly at the helm and a number of accolades including; "2010 Dublin Chef of The Year" by The Irish Restaurant Awards, but most importantly (in our opinion) a Toptable Gold award. One Pico isn't all about fashion and being seen in the latest hot spot. Exceptionally good service is the ideal accompaniment to stunning modern classic food all beautifully prepared on the premises and a simple, sophisticated décor where intimacy is guaranteed. A monthly changing menu ensures you'll never grow bored of One Pico's impressive seasonal cooking with its homely Irish twist.

The food in this restaurant blew me away. I know it’s pricey for dinner but their lunch menu is about €23 for 2 courses and so better value than dinner. The staff and setting is formal, without being fussy. There was a nice crowd in there for mid-week lunch – not too busy but enough full tables so that there... More

Some friends and I were looking for a bite to eat the week before Christmas. We knew this was a mad thing to do without a reservation and we didn't hold out much hope when we went into the Green house on Dawson st, and sure enough, no luck, but they rang One Pico who luckily had a table and... I have reviewed One Pico a few times already so I'll confine myself to saying that the mixture of excellent service and top class food - at an affordable price - is still a winner. The slightly aloof/snooty attitude which was the only small criticism was not in evidence on two recent visits. The waiting staff are (mainly) French and... More

My wife and I have lunch here every time we visit Dublin. There's not much I can say, really! Food is good, well cooked, well presented and always interesting. Wine is excellent quality, across the entire price range. Service is impeccable and the atmosphere elegant, relaxed and welcoming. The lunch menu really is a bargain (€24 for 2 courses, €29... More

We visited One Pico for the first time this weekend. The restaurant was full of people enjoying the ambience and most especially the food. We sampled each others meals, as we do, and each one was a taste sensation! From Starter to Dessert, it was a mouth watering experience. I cannot praise the food enough, but it would be remiss... We went there on Saturday night for dinner to catch up with old friends. I chose this restaurant as I did not want a loud restaurant. We wanted to be able to enjoy the food whilst not being restricted in hearing each other as is common place with some more modern restaurants. The emphasis was on quality dining with excellent... Picked this little gem as our lunch venue on a day out in Dublin. Couldn't find fault with the food, the wine and the price. Staff were attentive and the ambience a perfect compliment to the restaurant.

We absolutely loved One Pico when we stayed in Dublin and would definitely return if we ever in the city again. The food was exquisite, well presented and cooked to a very high standard. We left full and happy. Staff were friendly and very attentive. The sommelier was interesting and informative and helped us to select an excellent bottle of... More

We took my father for his 85th birthday saturday. I had eaten here a few times before but all the others were first timers, most over from uk for the weekend. The meal and the atmosphere were excellent. Service was interested and helpful but never intrusive. Restaurant was ful and buzzing but we were still able to hold a conversation... More
