Description: Just off of St Stephen's Green One Pico is one of Dublin's hottest dining destinations. But with acclaimed chef Eammon O'Reilly at the helm and a number of accolades including; "2010 Dublin Chef of The Year" by The Irish Restaurant Awards, but most importantly (in our opinion) a Toptable Gold award. One Pico isn't all about fashion and being seen in the latest hot spot. Exceptionally good service is the ideal accompaniment to stunning modern classic food all beautifully prepared on the premises and a simple, sophisticated décor where intimacy is guaranteed. A monthly changing menu ensures you'll never grow bored of One Pico's impressive seasonal cooking with its homely Irish twist.

I can't rate this lovely restaurant highly enough - service, menu, atmosphere and food all top notch. A special mention for the celery granita which was part of my strawberry dessert - inspired! The lunch menu is also great value. We certainly didn't have the same experiences as the previous reviewers.

I had had the most amazing lunch here two years ago. So when a friend suggested dinner here, i leapt at the idea! Could not have been more disappointed.. Agreed it was a Monday night, so was not expecting much atmosphere. I would at least expect some degree of warmth from the staff.. Robotic soulless service is fine in a... More

We ate here last Saturday after hearing lots of rave reviews about how fabulous One Pico lunch is. We hadn't made a reservation but when we arrived at 12:45 there was only one other table occupied and we were given a nice table at the rear of the restaurant, by the time we left at 14:30 the restaurant was three... Had lunch yesterday with a friend. What a triumph - for the restaurant in serving some of the best food I've ever eaten, and for us in deciding to eat there! I had the Beetroot to start and the Hake for main. Beetroot wouldn't usually tempt me but I had the advantage of having seen it before when I had... More

Delightful that One Pico was open on a Sunday. We fetched up without a booking and got a table- what joy. No superlatives would do justice to the fantastic food. Menu was intriguing and food was simply.... Fantastic every mouthful wonderful. The staff: professional and friendly as well as helpful. Each dish was tasteful, innovative and beautifully presented. Surprisingly my... More

I hosted a party of six here for my wife's birthday. The staff were very attentive and professional, if somewhat impersonal. The wine flowed freely from an expensive wine list, with the waiter keen to "top up" the glasses. The food was very well presented and tasty. But the portions were extremely small. Several of us came out after three courses... More

We had a fantastic dinner in One Pico. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. We enjoyed a glass of excellent Champagne prior to eating. We chose a bottle of Chablis that proved to be first class. Starters of crab and scallops were delicious as were our main courses of turbot and cod. The food was beautifully presented and promptly... This is a fine restaurant. Although we were looked at a bit awkwardly upon arrival with our two children, once staff realized that our kids love fine food, everything went smoothly. Service is top notch and the food delicious. Some courses were a bit small but were of the highest quality. The soufflé was superb. The wine we ordered tasted... More
