This is one of the most famous genuine old Pubs left in Dublin city.It is slightly off the beaten track but well worth a visit. If you have tried Guinness in some other Pubs and you have found it a little soft, then have one in Mulligans, its as they say in Dublin "Tastes like Mothers milk"

Mulligans is a great place to meet up for a chat a pint. The Guinness is among the best in Dublin. The decor is dated but that only adds to the charm of the place. Mulligans is always busy and I like the fact there is no loud music blaring in your ear. Good fun around Christmas time when the... More

I have been going to this pub on and off for twenty years - a perfect location for an authentic Dublin pub experience... with a great history and literary connections this is a must see for visitors and locals alike - and certainly not a tourist trap!

I have enjoyed many evenings at Mulligan's over the last couple of decades - its a great spot with interesting characters and a great pint of Guinness - not a pub to be seen in, rather a great spot to meet all different regular Joe/Jo's!.

Mulligans is a mainstay of the traditional Dublin pubs but without the diddly-eye ness of Temple Bar. Cracking Pint of guinness

A little bit out of the way (Poolbeg St) and it took us quite a while to find it. Although the place was pretty cool on the inside, an old Dublin looking pub, other than that it was pretty average. They had a good selection of beer, and poured a decent pint, but no better than many traditional pubs in... More

We are regular customers in this fabulous, famous Dublin pub. The staff are really friendly and will chat to customers and give the history of the pub, they also serve the best pint of Guinness in Dublin!,

Went after hearing great thingscfrom friends however myself and my wife left disappointed as it was no better or worse than any other average pub food we've had. We had different types of burger which were okay, the chips, I've had much better for less and the sideboard onion rings weren't great.

Central city pub, good old authentic decor, good quality pint of Guinness, popular pub with Dubliners in afternoon and evening, quiet at night.
