I have eaten regularly over the years at Il Baccaro. The food is authentic Italian, always very good. Staff are friendly and very courteous.
We visited here recently after looking for an Italian restaurant, searched the web and found this treasure, it was lovely and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was beautiful. Highly recommend.
Found this little gem while wandering through Temple Bar. It's tucked away on Meeting House Square off East Essex Street. Some of the best Italian food we've eaten and our party is from San Francisco and New York so we know Italian food. Owner very friendly, all the staff is from Italy and service was very good.

Visited this establishment while on holiday in Dublin a month ago. Waiter not chatty but very efficient and polite. Food great. Best meal I had while on holiday in Europe. Would recommend to anybody!
A nice cosy little restaurant right in the centre of Temple Bar. Good, authentic Italian food, nice atmosphere and efficient service. I particularly enjoyed the delicious Gnocchi and the lovely homemade Panna Cotta.

We went at 7 PM on Friday night, and there was only 1 other customer. The room is wonderful....a cellar with an arched brick ceiling, all brick and stone, nice Italian... More

The staff were very friendly, accomodating and professional. We had some of the best food we have ever had in an Italian restaurant. We arrived early and received a very warm and friendly welcome, the restaurant... More
