Love this place. Was brought here 4 years ago for a work meeting and loved the food so much that I continue to go back again and again. Would highly recommend this place.

This is undoubtedly the best bistro in Dublin. Tucked away in Stephens Lane, yet well known. Fab varied menu so never get the déjà vous feeling and enjoy something different every time. Food quality excellent. Something for everyone. Extensive great wine list. Most of all, great staff - warm and friendly who take a real interested in their customers

We were a group of eleven and they gave us the upper floor room. Very well organised, the place has a lot of space, the service was perfect, the food very good. The wine choice not bad (a bit expensive), few Italian and Spanish, it's a pity.

Dobbins came highly revommended to us but unfortunately it didnt live up to expectations. Our food was only average and our server was not very attentive. We felt that had we not being using a groupon we would have received better service.

My husband organised a birthday dinner in Dobbins for my birthday knowing it is my favourite restaurant. It was a special experience for all of us as he organised for us all to be picked up and brought by limo! The menu for the meal was personalised with my name on it and we had a private room upstairs. We... More

Although the restaurant is hidden in the back streets of Dublin it is well worth hunting down. The menu is very well put together with a good choice of inspired Fish / Meat starters and mains. The food was excellently cooked and presented. They catered for our large group very well, empty plates all round for all 3 courses speaks... More

Had lovely a la carte birthday meal here - food was really fab with lots of locally-sourced ingredients. Restaurant itself is set in a nice courtyard layout. Service was attentive at all times. Minus points: 1) Ladies loo was in a very poor state (won't mention any more than that but unacceptable). 2) The reception girl on the way in... More
