Citron Restaurant in one of Dublin’s hippest, Conran-designed hotels is found at the very heart of town just opposite St Stephen’s Green. On the mezzanine level overlooking the lobby, Citron has Conran’s signature elegant, minimalist luxury with a zesty lime and lemon colour scheme, softly glowing lighting, woven white bar front and dark timber floor. The ambience is Euro-bistro and the modern Mediterranean cuisine is perfectly attuned to how we eat now. Relaxed, funky, fun Citron is one of the very best spots in the city to see and be seen, a great night out starts at Citron and ends in the bar where the ambience is the best.

We had breakfast in the Citron restaurant everyday and food was very good along with very warm and friendly service - staff always ensured you had everything you needed. Our Christmas Day lunch was exceptional - we were extremely grateful for such an excellent meal with lovely staff.

I brought my 14yr old daughter here for her birthday lunch. It was appalling from start to finish. The resturant was completely empty when we arrived, strange for a Saturday a month before Christmas. I had booked online and requested an special birthday alcohol free cocktail for my daughter. Obviously, the request had not been noted. So, I requested a... More

This doesn't feel like a hotel restaurant - it's open and airy and stylish. The service is impeccable and the food, wait for it, is superb. It feels like it is still relatively unknown (a well-kept secret I suppose) so if you're in Dublin get in there for lunch or dinner. I had both. And breakfast.

This was second visit to this restaurant .We had a drink before in the bar. Nice bar . Service in restaurant was excellent and food was unusually very good for a 'hotel restaurant '. however it lacked atmosphere . We were there on Friday and only 4 other tables were occupied during our 2 hour dinner stay. Think it maybe... More

I ate here with some friends last week. The menu was really good- I had the beetroot salad for starter- one of the best I've ever had. I followed it with the monkfish which was perfectly cooked. the price for a 2 and 3 course meals was really reasonable given the quality of the food. There were only a few... More

I have been to Citron a number of times and it is always an experience. However, last time things were a little disappointing. Sitting down I immediately felt very cold air coming down from the air conditioning so we had to change places as the noise and the cold was too much. The food was lovely, beautifully presented and the... More

My sister and I went here recently with our partners using an online deal voucher. The restaurant is located on the Mezzanine Level of the Fitzwilliam Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located on Stephens Green and is known for being very fancy. The restaurant is small, and the ceilings are very low - which I didn't like. The menu is... More
