Citron Restaurant in one of Dublin’s hippest, Conran-designed hotels is found at the very heart of town just opposite St Stephen’s Green. On the mezzanine level overlooking the lobby, Citron has Conran’s signature elegant, minimalist luxury with a zesty lime and lemon colour scheme, softly glowing lighting, woven white bar front and dark timber floor. The ambience is Euro-bistro and the modern Mediterranean cuisine is perfectly attuned to how we eat now. Relaxed, funky, fun Citron is one of the very best spots in the city to see and be seen, a great night out starts at Citron and ends in the bar where the ambience is the best.

Looks good but

Food was well presented and menu rich and vary but unfortunately quite tasteless. Would have helped some extra attention from the waiter

Good service and very flavorful food, but the menu was a little bit fussy--not too many plain options for picky eaters. Overall, very delicious and pleasant though!

Perfection from start to finish. The staff were great, attentive and friendly and took our coats. Love the decor. The Bread & the complimentary dish were amazing. The starters were so pretty felt reluctant to eat such art on the plate. The main was beef, never had such amazing beef, nicest I've honestly had. Melt in your mouth. The dessert... More

Great food, no doubt. Fresh, filling, presented very well, served by staff that knew exactly what you wanted in an almost telepathic fashion. But sweet Moses, there was no atmosphere at all. The restaurant is delicately perched above the hotel lobby and that hotel lobby candour oozed up and onto our tables. It could easily be one of my favourite... More

We had dinner here in January and we were very disappointed. We were in the restaurant for 3 hours having a 2 course meal...the service was very slow and we had to keep reminding staff that we ordered extra bread/wine etc. For starters I had confit duck which came out condensed and looked like 2 slices of white pudding, it... Overall a poor experience. For any restaurant to wait 45 minutes for drinks to arrive to the table , with only three tables seated in the restaurant was shocking. Had to ask twice but was finished starter by the time they arrived. Every member of staff looked like the world was going to end, not one smile in sight. No... More

Great food. Loved the tuna. Venison good but smallish portion - a pity as it was SO good. Amuse bouche was superb. By the time I had dessert I had eaten FAR too much - and enjoyed it all. Service was good and friendly. Pity about the vacuuming in the lobby below and the couple arguing about money next to... More

We were staying at the Fitzwilliam so decided to eat in their restaurant . The food was very good and a reasonable price. The staff were very attentive . I would recommend this restaurant.

Excellent and imaginative food, great service. Just downstairs in hotel. Good wine list though wine is expensive in Dublin. Small but excellent menu with a choice to suit every taste. As this is the casual restaurant of the Fitzwilliam Hotel, we thought that their Michellin Star restaurant must be out of this world!

This was one of the most enjoyable dining experience we had in Dublin so far. Service was excellent from start to finish. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was just sublime and averything was nicely presented and and as delicious as it looked. The course started with Amuse-bouche which were absolutely divine. The seared tuna starter was very...
