I was much looking forward to breakfast here, as it came recommend. but sadly I was disappointed. I was greeted by the host and show to my table which was in the dead centre of the room. as a solo diner it wasn't comfortable . my waitress came over instantly, I hadn't even have time to read the menu, so... Great place for brunch in town. Our only complaint is staff forgot our drinks order unfortunately. Luckily we were hungry not thirsty so a tasty late breakfast was our focus at the time.

Very disappointing experience. We were made feel unwelcome and that no one really cared. Ordered 4 breakfast, beverages arrived quickly but we waited an age for the breakfasts which when arrived were cold. Sent them back and again waited. In this time the beverages were now cold. We asked for fresh ones several times. Eventually the breakfasts arrived but no... More

I visited Bewleys a couple of months ago for lunch with my boyfriend. I opted for the feta cheese salad with chicken and he went for the burger! Service was slow enough, but understandable as it was jam packed on a Saturday! A great location in the middle of Grafton St, with great coffee! Will definitely be returning

Wearied by a busy sightseeing day a cup of Earl Grey and a scone were very much in order. Beautiful place to watch the world go by. staff could have been a little more attentive but as wasn't in any hurry I let that go. They only had brown scones left which was delicious but as they had various seeds... More

There was 6 of us and went into see if we could get a table, the girl we spoke with was not the most helpful and didn't really look interested. SHe told us that we could wait up to an hour for a table so we decided to go elsewhere, but as we were walking out there was a table... More

We went in here twice on our recent trip to Dublin and what very different experiences they were The first time, we were seated downstairs and had barely sat down before the server was over asking for our order - We quickly responded we would have the Irish Breakfasts but felt we were being rushed into choosing and didn't really... Sat downstairs in the cafe and ordered two hot drinks and two cakes with the waitress. Waited over 15 minutes whilst everyone around us was served. Asked where our order was - the waitress hadn't put it through and no one else had bothered to ask if we'd like to be served! Waitress came over with an unenthusiastic apology just... More
