Very busy. Very noisy. Waiters running around. We had the table next to the kirchen. Do not accept that table. Too many waiters running past you all night. My husband is allergic to onions, which we told everyone. Husband lamb arrived with onions. Not good.

We took four course degustation menu and that was unbelievable. Every dish was better then the previous one and ended with a perfect desert.

We went for lunch with my bf to this restaurant. Not knowing it was a Michelin star restaurant and not dress accordingly. We asked if we were ok dressed this way and been answered there was no problem at all. We just got offered a drink in lounge. We chose the 2-course lunch menu. The amuse-bouche was not to my... I know that 3 stars is low for Guilbauds and this is a very personal review. The food was very good. The matching wines with the 4 course tasting menu worked very well. The service was excellent, if a little in your face at times. I am not sure that I really needed 5 people to say good bye to... More

Over the years I have been lucky to have experienced Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud many times and without a doubt each visit has been completely without fault. Excellence in every aspect of both Service and Food and Surroundings. Always Flawless but so so expensive. Recently I dined there for lunch with 3 friends from my college days some 30 years ago.... My boyfriend and i have visited this restaurant a few times over the past three years. A Flawless experience from the moment i walk in the door until my coat is handed to me on my way out. I don't have one negative comment/ constructive feedback on this restaurant. In my opinion, everything is simply PERFECT! Food, service, ambiance, attention... More

We have loved Patrick Guilbaud's since it first opened on a different site. The staff have always been attentive, the service superb, and the food outstanding. It has always been regarded as the prime restaurant in Dublin, if not the country. On this occasion the receptionist found us a table even though they are consistently booked out. Stephane, our host... More

Went as a special treat and yes food was very good but nothing too exclusive on menu. Found staff polite but very obtrusive. The whole service is bordeing on theatrical l and in this reagrd is farcical. Felt very imtimidated as waiter kept coming to top up our water (maybe he hoped we would buy another bottle at €6 a... Always love coming back here. The food is always impeccable, fantastic wine selection and incredible service. It's the perfect place to come for an occasion as it always makes it feel very special! It is on the very expensive side of eating out however, the set-lunch menu is brilliant and really well priced!!
