It deserves the 2stars!!

We had lunch here last week, we had heard reviews that the portions were small but this is untrue, we came away stuffed! The food was absolutely amazing!! The waiters were so nice and friendly. We started with a gorgeous foie gras with cherry, the first course I had a confit duck in a soup and my... read more

I came here when friends were visiting from home, and the food was exceptional. I usually anticipate being slightly disappointed with tasting menus, but almost every one of the 8 courses was unique, beautifully presented, and flavorful. I have never had a food experience like this. And best part about the meal, I was actually full at the end of... More

I had heard rave reviews about Guilbauds over the years and it has been on my bucket list for ages now, so in January my wife and I booked dinner in the restaurant. From start to finish it was amazing. We had the three course meal which in reality was more like 7 courses. Initially I was worried that the... More

I think this says it all! I was confused to find that my request for a booking at 8.45 ish was not possible , to find that we were the last in at 8.15, but this was a minor inconvenience really. We were staying at The Merrion so a walk through reception was no trouble! The staff are really ther... More

We booked in here for lunch whilst we were in Dublin. I still can't believe that you can get a 3 course 2 michelin star meal here for 50 euros. Such great value. I ordered the vegetarian lunch and every course was to die for. I couldn't fault anything here. The service was exceptional like you would expect from a... More

We ate in Patrick Quilbaulds last week and had the nicest meal we have ever had! From the service, to the drinks to the food, everything was just perfection!!! I went with the 3 course Carte menu - had Croquettes of Suckling Pig for start, Fillet of Irish Beef for Main and “Assiette of Valrhona” for desert. my partner had... More

"Ireland’s only Two Star Michelin restaurant" - and I can see why. Perfect and professional service, standing around just to serve you as soon as you move, food quality - perfection: look, taste, verity, everything Id expect from such highly ranked restaurant.

I visit here with a set of friends from time to time; we always love it and so look forward to it. The anteroom is just right for a cosy aperitif with space and comfort surrounded by the first-rate works of Irish art. The staff are always highly professional. The lunch menu though top of the range in price is... More
