A special treat but you may leave hungry!!

Although one would love to dine here on a regular basis the temptation is to reserve the treat for special occasions so that the experience does not dull. Everything about the place exudes class. The surrounding, the ambiance, the graciousness of the staff, are of the highest caliber. It must be taken as read that the food is superb. Its... More

From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed and special. We started with drinks in the lounge and then went into the dining area. We throughly enjoyed the food and cannot fault the service. They were very intuitive and attentive to our needs. I struggled to find fault with anything. It was a lovely experience and one... More

Our table all chose the 8 course menu which was fantastic on every level. Most importantly, the staff and their intent focus on us and our evening was impeccable.

My husband and I have eaten at Enoteca Pinchiorri (Florence, 3 star Michelin), Guy Savoy (Paris, 2 star Michelin) and several 1 and 2 stars in the US, including Babbo, owned by Mario Batali, so we are not unfamiliar with truly outstanding dining experiences. I was very much looking forward to our evening at Patrick Guilbaud - there were four... More

Title says it all really, our meal was sadly ruined because the fillet of beef I had ordered cooked medium came out on the high side of well done. I returned the food and it pretty much went downhill from there. Our waiter suddenly seemed more aloof than ever, bordering on rude. My replacement meal arrived without an apology by... More

Myself and my wife dined here last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we had a thoroughly enjoyable night. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome indeed. After a communication mix up between ourselves and the restaurant manager we ordered the starter+fish+meat+dessert menu. Our waiter was a great chap called (pardon my spelling) Thibaux... More

Strongly recommend - dinner - party of four. We've attenðd on a number of occasions. You also meet Parrick himself. Acknowledge top end price range but worth the experience.

When in Dublin a visit to Patrick Guilbauds is a must for lovers of exquisite food , for wine lovers I would advise arriving an hour earlier than your booking time , this would enable you to enjoy and digest the gargantuan wine list 🍷. The evening menu offers two courses 90 euros ,three courses 105 , and 4 or... More

We come here 2-3 times a year. Last time we came lunch time and had a great time. We went for the 8 course tasting with wine pairing. The food was delicious as always. Although we did notice that most of the courses were from the actual lunch menu. Which was a little bit surprising given the price difference between... More
