Had a family lunch recently. We had the set three course menu. Very high class restaurant without feeling uncomfortable. Waitors very welcoming. Everything was executed to the highest of standards. Every course that was served was just heavenly! Nothing was left on anyone's plate throughout the entire meal! Fantastic experience and fantastic setting.

Amazing, I love this place. Great experience from the beginning with a non-alcoholic fresh fruit cocktail in the entrance sitting room. The actual dining room is very open and wide, but not overcrowded, only a few tables and nicely distanced between each other so it is nice and relaxing. The service is impeccable. The food is just incredibly deliciously spectacular, such... More

Very classy, high end French restaurant in the Georgian area of Dublin. Impeccable service, excellent food and a tome of a wine list.

This is the only restaurant that I would rate better than The Inn at Little Washington. It was class from beginning to end. The staff was the best trained, least obtrusive, yet most attentive ever. Every course was sublime and the Montrachet was outstanding. A meal to be remembered.

RPG is consistently the best fine dining restaurant in Dublin. I took my wife here for a special night out, we had the tasting menu with matching wines. Everything was impeccable from start to finish. My only negative is that the room in the Merrion Hotel is a little impersonal - I still miss the old building behind the bank... More

My husband and I went for a birthday meal and the meal lived up to expectations. Similar experience to other diner reviews even down to the chocolate candle lit cake so that says something about consistency of the quality. Sommelier was knowledgeable and happily helped with pairings. The cheese board is impressive and truly lovely! There are a lot of... More

Wow.....it's hard to describe how amazing the food was here. We had the set lunch menu and got our server to pair our wines. The experience was amazing from start to finish and will definitely be returning!

We had dinner at Patrick Guilbaud while staying at the Merrion. We had the gastronomic menu with seven courses that the Chef choses for you. Each course was really excellent, original, and so tasty. Oyster tastes oyster but still you also smell every other flavour included in the preparation, same for the lobster. Lamb was a dream! This is one... More

€50 Lunch menu - a gourmet bargain and such a nice way to spend Saturday afternoon with some dear friends. Bottle of Prosecco in the ante room before lunch was a cut above what you would buy in the off licence or supermarket, but then is was Patrick Guilbaud's! Lunch and wine ordered as Prosecco was sipped. Ordered a German... More
