a very nice lebanese experience

I never ate any Lebanese food, so this was the first time @ the Cedar Tree. I really liked the food. They brought us all small plates/bowls with different vegetables and meat, it was really delicious. This was all accompanied with some pita-bread, which was also very tasty. Delicious food - we had a mezzi and have no complaints ! Great central location also. The service was very quick and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend a visit.

Had a wonderful meal here recently. We had the mezze with lamb and fish. What a meal.. Perfectly cooked .. Splendidly served.. Excellent Lebanese wine. My only complaint is that the decor could be updated and the lighting improved .. It needs to move more into 2015.. There is a lot of opposition now in town.. Just not the place... More

The Mezzi plate for two is a meal in itself. While first appearance is a bit lay-back, the food is excellent and authentic. Seems to be family run and they eat there at a family table; always a good sign. Have been twice for lunch and once for dinner, not real crowded.

Fantastic food and friendly service right in the city centre. Shared the Beirut Mezzi and loved it! Plenty of food for two people and definitely choose the house wine.

We visited this restaurant one sunny evening in Dublin. We were greeted with a very friendly waiter. The restaurant had lovely decor and atmosphere. We had a chicken mashi and kofta and the meat was so flavourful and good value for money. The dishes reflect true lebanese cuisine and we will be dining here again very soon.

Loved it here. Service was really friendly. Food was amazing, something different for a change. Even the Lebanese wine was good. Gods value too 80 Euro for 2 good size portions courses & a bottle of wine.

Two different chicken dishes. Both wonderful. Would absolutely come again. Excellent value for money. Good range of food on the lunch specials. Gorgeous lemonade.

I've heard a lot about this place but because I'm quite a fussy eater I ruled it out without trying Lebanese food. So luckily for me, I was made attend dinner here last night. I was so overwhelmed by my experience - so much so that I think Lebanese is my new favourite food and I think the Cedar Tree... More
