Simple but delicious

I had a "pizza cheese" which is a typical flat Lebanese bread topped with feta cheese, butter and sesame seeds. It was small (which was good as I was not too hungry) and tasted delicious. Location is really central and the service was perfect. Restrooms were clean. Would visit again.

I hadn't been to The Cedar Tree in about 20 years. I'm happy to say, The quality of the food is as good as always. Fresh, tasty and nicely presented. We had the early bird Mezze, which was about 5 euro cheaper per person than the a la carte, however it was without the main dish. Having said that, there... More

Nice buzzy, busy place on a Thursday evening. Selection of veggie Mezzes - we had number 2 and it was very good - a profusion of small dishes to try and a tasty main course. Nice that they have house wine by the half bottle carafe. A very nice dessert wine too.

Great place to try Lebanese food. Make sure to book in advance as usually full in the evening, or come in early before the rush.

Went early Saturday evening without a booking and were met by lovely waiter who said he could fit us in but needed table back by 7.45, giving us just over an hour. This fit in well. We were in time for the early bird menu, which was excellent value for money. Starter of hummus and sujouk were great. Main courses... More

Great service and fantastic food. Some of the best fattoush and baba ganoush I have had outside of the Middle East. Priced very attractively too. The location and appearance of the restaurant is not spectacular, but the food is absolutely wonderful.
