First you are welcome in a quick way than parked on a side and forgotten until a table is free, and when you dare saying you dont like the location of this table in the middle of the way where people heat your chair wu=hile going to the toilet......you annoy them....but they have no choice than change your seat as... This is an excellent restaurant with great value for money dishes. We got the two course lunch which is just 9.95. The flavours and textures are excellent. A decent amount of dishes are available on the lunch menu too. Service was friendly and fast. Would definitely go back.

I've been to The Cedar Tree 4 times in the last year or so, and each time it was amazing! The family that owns and runs the restaurant go out of the way to make sure everything is perfect and are so friendly and welcoming. The food is absolutely beautiful and some of their dishes are very traditional, so if... More

Disappointing meal. Tried the early bird as it looked a good price. Unfortunately the meat, be it chicken or lamb, was extremely dry and had poor seasoning. Salad accompaniments were tired and uninteresting. The white house wine was only ok. The best thing was the mint tea. All in all not a great meal and sorry to say we won't... More

This is one of our staples in Dublin. I'm vegetarian, he's a meat eater and both of us always end up happy. The regular menu is overpriced, BUT the early bird is one of the best deals in town (currently 16.50 EUR for the menu or a mezze, before 7:30pm). It can get crowded during early bird time so plan... Great food (lots of variations of Mezza and other Lebanese dishes) in a buzzing, charming athmosphere. We had the mezze sharing platters and for ca. 22 EUR p.P. found these excellent value for money. Most of these platters will come with a vast variety of starters in little dishes (and you will be full after these) as well as a... More

Ate here in a group of 7 and it was brilliant! We went for mezzes, and the portions were huge, yet very tasty. Basically as much as we could eat. A couple of bottles of wine, and some coffees, and it worked out at €35 per head. Definitely recommended

This is my favourite place to eat in the whole city and I go any time I get the chance. All of the mezzes are absolutely amazing and the staff are always warm and friendly. The house white is really great!! Authentic cuisine with a lovely atmosphere and amazing value for everything, a must for anyone visiting Dublin

Visited early to book a table (had to wait last time : a few months ago) and was greeted by name upon return at 6.30pm.
