I booked this restaurant on a recommendation,to celebrate my Husbands special birthday. There were 12 of us. From the booking process over the phone,to the greeting we were given on arrival, was so welcoming. The food was magnificent we were all served at the same time, and there was enough time between courses. We never felt rushed. The staff were so attentive... More

Booked table for 9 for 8pm, table ready, drinks were ordered, poured, orders taken, starters and main course came out with precision timing, waiters were attentive.... It was brilliant. The restaurant was busy and had a great feel. I ordered lamb skewers followed by a steak. It was very tasty, meat cooked to perfection. Ultimate dining experience. Efficiency, care and... More

It is about 3 years since I have visited Fire and I was delighted to have the opportunity to return for drinks and dinner yesterday evening. Fire has done some fantastic work by adding a gorgeous lounge looking straight out onto the Mayor's garden in Dawson St. The decor of the lounge has managed to combine the feeling of old... More

We had a dinner there last night and we were disappointed. The service was so bad that we had to pour our own wine and water all the time. The place was lovely but the food was just average and quite princely. We will not go back.

We ate at Fire Restaurant on the second of our three nights in Dublin in July and truly enjoyed the wonderful ambiance and tasty meal. The ingredients were fresh, the presentation impeccable, and the ambiance perfect for a romantic night. The location near St. Stephen's Green made for a scenic walk to/from our hotel (The Westbury). Our only regret: not... More

Booked the early bird menu & could not have been more impressed. Probably the best menu selection for early bird that I have seen & at 29 euros for 3 courses & coffee certainly the best value. Every aspect of the food was superb - quality, portion size, presentation. And the lovely thing was that you were not rushed in... More

The dining room in Fire is beautiful and it's a joy to eat dinner in such pretty surroundings. I ate here with a friend this week. We were in time for the early bird menu which is quite good value. The staff are very friendly and very attentive without being intrusive. My starter of goats cheese was lovely. My main... More

Amazing food, wonderful ambiance, tremendous service, tremendous selection from appetizers through to desserts. By far the best restaurant I have eaten at in several trips to Ireland.

When we walked in you could see that this was a popular restaurant. There was a great buzz in it. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the overall feel of the place and the food. In particular I loved the strawberry dish. You could ease up slightly on the charring of the steak. Some of it was a little overdone.

This restaurant has brilliant staff and amazing food. From the moment we arrived we were looked after. The food was just perfect especially the steaks. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. There was very little atmosphere as it was half empty but we arrived about 5pm because we were heading to a show early and by half six it was starting... More
