A sunny evening, a pleasant treat

The husband and I came out of The Lighthouse cinema into the bright warm sunshine of last Thursday evening. We'd just seen "Timbuktu" (go and see it!) and now we were debating where to go. I nominated Wuff and so we strolled across to Blackhall Place and down to the corner of Benburb Street. The... read more

A group of four of us went recently for a friend's birthday and we loved it. Advanced warning was given to Sinéad of the event and she organised a complimentary cocktail on arrival for the birthday girl and a little birthday fanfare on arrival of our desserts. The service was superb as it felt very genuine. The food was good... More

Went here for brunch on a Saturday morning recently. From first interaction, each and every staff member had a smile and a friendly attitude, they were a pleasure to deal with. I had Eggs Benedict with spinach, crispy bacon and black and white pudding on brioche. Absolutely delicious - it really was very tasty! My other half had a small... More

We (my wife, daughter and myself) had a breakfast at about 11AM. The place was empty so it was very calm, just what we needed on our last morning in Dublin. Service was good but the food tasted average and was too expensive for the portions we got. Pitty, could have been great.

Went for a breakfast here and it was just lovely. My boyfriend had a full Irish an said it was lovely. The tea was proper leaf tea that came in a cute iron tea pot. The girl who served us was really nice so an all round good experience! We are going back tomorrow :)

Thoroughly enjoyed lunch here so much so that we came back for the dinner and thoroughly thoroughly enjoyed the unusual ethnic Irish dishes on offer here

Had Dinner Saturday night , the starters were fine , we had the soup and the prawns. For the mains I had the 10oz rib eye steak with carrot and parsnip mashed together and sweet potatoe. The carrot and mash were only partially mashed, there was no sweet potatoe. The amount of steak on the rib eye just didn't warrant... More

Visited this place today for brunch. As we arrived it was fairly packed so we had to wait about ten minutes, definitely worth the wait. Very good selection on the menu, great staff and delicious food. Clonakilty black pudding with the breakfast was an added bonus. The place itself is modern and bright. Would highly recommend. Thanks again :-)

We came across this little gem on our walk. It has a nice bistro feel, with interesting food choices and good service. Good place for a nice dinner with your partner or friend. I had the early bird dinner vegetarian option which I found to be very tasty and different from most standard fare. My dining partner had roast duck... More

I love this place. I try to go here every time I am in Dublin. They have fantastic food and drink in a really hip atmosphere. Their Full Irish Breakfast comes with super tasty sausages. However, the big recommendation are the Eggs Benedict. It makes me happy just to think about. They also have a lovely selection of wine and... More
