Great Food.

I have now been to this restaurant twice, and I have enjoyed both occasions very much. Food is excellent and plenty of it. We were always seated where we wished without any problem at all. Service here is delightful and although it was busy on both occasions, we were given plenty of attention and... read more

This is good place for a carvery style meal. Food is usually very good, with a wide choice of food on the menu. Its carvery so its piled high on the plate usually with plenty of gravy! Its a family friendly place, so there usually a few kiddies about and sport is shown on the screens dotted around the pub.... More

We only ate breakfast here but our hostess, Bernie, never let us leave without a full Irish breakfast -- sausage, bacon, egg, beans and tomato, with toast and tea. YUM!!

Good service. The range on the lunchtime menu is comprehensive and very good value. And it's next door to the beautiful Botanical Gardens.

very homely very welcoming and warm. The food offering was wholesome and generous. The ambiance was homely almost community friendly. Not as good as Avoca not as sophisticated but maybe thats an unfair comparison. lovely all the same

We expected tea and scones, but this far exceeded our expectations. Huge variety of desserts and main courses. Since we had a light breakfast we took advantage. My husband had corned beef, something we only eat for St. Patrick's Day. I had roasted chicken. Very flavorful and large portions.

Ordered a steak, the others had burgers of different types! Everything was beatiful and we were well looked after! They were low on types of drinks after st Patrick's day, but that's to be expected! The bar was very quiet with only locals drinkin in, however for the food quality and service alone will definately return
