Lots of happy patrons crammed into this small pub. Amazing lamb in the Irish stew, and generous portions all around. Don't be surprised if you need to share a table with another traveller, but it's a great atmosphere to meet someone!

Good venue, good atmosphere and good music!! A bit on the small side for the number of people in it but then that paints it's own story!!!

I've just been there with my girlfriend. We had a very pleasant couple of hours. Guinnees, 2 soups, chicken wings + fries and lamb stew. Everything was super good. We loved it. In the meanwhile there was live music and peaole having a lot of fun in the other room, dancing and singing traditional songs. All of it at 40€.... More

I could write 5 pages about my love of this bar, but I won't. I will simply say that you MUST go to this pub. It's the best bar I've ever been into in my life. The music is great, the bartenders are wonderful, and the atmosphere is perfect. The second you walk in, you feel at home and like... More

We ate here one night. I had steak which just wasn't any good, my significant other had a burger, which he quite enjoyed. We went to a lot of restaurants in Dublin, and this is not a place to go for food. That being said, you have to check out the live music! Every day at 9:30 pm, there is... More

Really brilliant night out. The food was excellent. We had fish and chips and a burger. Both cooked well. Lovely Guinness and music too. The atmosphere was fantastic full of locals of all ages. We thoroughly recommend this pub

Good music and service. This felt like a genuine Irish pub. It wasn't very busy as it was a Sunday evening but it seemed like a popular place for tourists.

Best of the pubs we visited in Dublin. Atmosphere natural and better than in Temple Bar and all town center. Great music and great beer.

If you're looking for an authentic Irish pub with great food, drinks and live traditional music then this is the pub for you. My husband and I (60's) were in Dublin for 10 days - this trip, our 5th to Ireland. We spent every evening at The Celt Pub. We ate there several times, and the food was wonderful. We... More

Whoa, finest food in Dublin we had all weekend. Service was without doubt first class. The bar was busy and the staff were very attentive. Despite what others have said the music was first class and certainly not crap. It's difficult to find a pub that is family friendly but this was and we will back here like a shot... More
