Best Restaurant in Ireland

Genuinely the best Restaurant in Ireland - just sublime. Its small so early booking is advisable but so worth it - the Chef has such a great mind - the food looks and tastes divine.

We took the "Surprise Tasting Menu" which were five surprise dishes from the kitchen. This was one of the finest meals I have ever had in my life. It was honestly that good. Not a big fan of the décor in the place, but the service was outstanding. While the meal was pricey for my pocket, one gets what one... More

Went here for the first time recently on a Saturday night, where we had the surprise tasting menu, which is the only option on a Friday and Saturday. I had been told that when booking. Food, service, ambience all first class. This is not a restaurant for casual or spur of the moment eating - the food is too good... More

A new, surprise 5 course dinner tasting menu attracted us back again to this quality restaurant. Although each course differed from those we had on other visits the outstanding taste level was the very same. Each course had a personality of its own with the center piece being augmented with complimentary additions. It is testimony to the skill and expertise... More

We had a very enjoyable meal on a Saturday evening. It was a five course surprise menu and I also went for the wine matching. Not every wine was to my taste but they matched the food well and were very interesting. I have a tendency to stick to my favourite regions so it was refreshing to get some new... More

Went here for Friday lunch and will at this stage admit that I had a present of a gift voucher for the Green House. The atmosphere was busy friendly yet still great attention to detail. We ate off the set menu €32 for three courses. Tasty amuse bouche and crispy sourdough rye bread set the tone. I has a cauliflower... More

We ate here to celebrate my sons wedding. We were a party of six. It was a very mixed meal with some excellent food, particularly the foie gras and scallop courses. Other dishes were disappointing both in taste and quantity. We have eaten here twice before and loved it, but my impression is it has changed direction and not for... More

I've only dined in this restaurant once but it was the equivalent of eating there twice! Let me explain. I had dinner with a business colleague, having chosen it based on a recommendation from another business acquaintance. We tried to make a reservation for Fade Street Station but we couldn't get a table early enough so just walked into the... More

Had a v good meal there last Saturday evening. The 5 course tasting menu was on and although it may not be to everyone's liking as you are (and I use the word lightly) forced to eat things which you might not ordinarily order, I really enjoyed the food. Service was excellent. The sommelier was spot on and we enjoyed... More
