Best little place you won't find if you don't go looking for it.

This is a tiny shop on a side street off Temple Bar. If we hadn't been told to look for it we would have missed out on one of the most delicious and economical meals we've ever had! Delicious home made pot pies in a variety of flavors. We tried beef & Guinness and chicken leek. Sheer heaven. The... read more

If you like pies you will love this place. The staff member was helpful and friendly. Don't expect fancy food, just plain and simple.

Small little place in Temple Bar with several choices for a hot pie meal. I chose the special of the day which was the chicken and leek pie for €5. I did not order the full meal with mashed potatoes and peas because I was eating a late lunch, but the pie was very filling and very tasty! I would... More

A good place to stop if you are starving and need a hearty meal! I got the pie, a side of mash potato (and gravy) and a bottle of beer for 10 euros. All of them were pretty good and the whole thing was very filling. It's quite like a cafeteria on the inside, so you wouldn't go for the... More

Being from New Zealand, a good puree is always dear to my heart so it was with glee that I ducked in here to grab a pie. Well worth it as the selection was all gorgeous sounding making the eventual choice of chilli beef and chorizo a difficult one. Tasty, crisp crust with loads of tasty filling smothered with gravy.... We were impressed with the selection of freshly baked pies... all individual portions, with an offering of mashed potatoes and gravy or "mushy" peas. Tried the peas for my first time. Guess what, they are just mushed peas!! lol Delicious and affordable lunch in downtown Temple Bar!

The staff are very helpful and friendly but everything else is just OK. They seem a bit disorganised but very apologetic. Pie was OK. Nice pastry but it could have done with more meat.
