Having frequented Fagans regularly in the past I got the opportunity to return on a Saturday evening before a GAA match in Croke Park. We headed down to have a bite to eat and a few drinks before the match. There was a nice crowd in the pub some of whom were watching rugby and soccer matches on the telly.... More

What a great pub/restaurant this is! Visited twice over the weekend, a Friday night and late Sunday afternoon. Both were really lovely meals, but the Sunday roast really would take some beating! Not only great quality meat and vegetables but the quantity didn't disappont either! I love the atmosphere here, great for families and couples, everyone will be accomodated. The... More

A lovely pub on the north side of Dublin. A great place for an informal relaxed meal and drinks. Traditional style - worth a visit.

Honest food, great steaks and super service. Fagans offers a perfect pint of Guinness and a great venue for a "normal" night out. Reasonably priced, the wine at about €20 a bottle is surprisingly good. Steaks and the surf and turf was great - amazing crab claws and giant prawns. Highly recommended - not as haute cuisine but a real... More

Fagans is a centrally located, traditional, cozy and an upscale pub. The food is quite good - specially their seafood dishes - the surf turf ? fish was delicious. Service at the table was good, at the bar not the best. Overall an excellent experience.

We visited Fagan's Pub again for dinner with family and I can tell you we were not disappointed with the service or the food which was tasty fresh and the level of service always surprises me and the staff are very friendly. The pub is always busy especially if any football matches are on, if so skip that evening as... More

This is the very first pub we went to in Dublin. It was very busy and were pleasantly surprised when the waitress found us a table. Dinner was very hearty. We enjoyed it very much. The pub was way too overheated, but that was a common thing for establishments in Ireland and the UK. Very enjoyable itherwise
