Wet the babies head!!

One thing that always get's me about this place over the years, is that it is either full of expectant fathers waiting for their Babby's to be born in the Rotunda hospital across the road, I have even been in this situation myself. Or there is a group of lads wetting the newborns head, so to... read more

5 of us went to Dublin for the rugby, without tickets, and ended up spending most of the weekend in here! Great staff, taking our order at the table, food excellent, and all the big games on the big screen, and not too crammed with people. Would recommend to all visitors.

I popped in here for the first time after the England v Ireland Rugby match. It is in a central location just off O'connell street. The Parnell is an eclectic mix of old Irish pub and modern Ireland. For starters the bar is split over 4 levels all connected with either stair or a lift, the menu has traditional Irish... More

I would like to congratulate Aiofe for her outstanding sense of humour and professionalism in serving our party of 7 Sunday night after the rugby match. Food plentiful and good value.

We love this bar - we have been to Dublin three times and found this bar on our second visit. Whenever we arrive in Dublin, we go straight to Parnell's order a round of drinks and their Taco Fries - These are amazing!!! Well worth a visit - The Atmosphere, Staff and Food is Amazing!!!

Nice pub, friendly staff gorgeous cocktails. The food was reasonable but the food service area is part of the main bar and it was incredibly noisy as there was a large crowd watching football in the bar. Would visit again if go back to Dublin.

Had a couple of meals here, a lunch and an evening meal. Food is served promptly and very hot. We decided to eat in the bar downstairs which is more of a traditional pub setting, this place is unusual as it is set out over 3 floors, with a cocktail lounge (found this too noisy) and a rooftop terrace (didn't... Arrived from a great Hop on Hop off tour to enjoy lunch! What a fabulous multi story venue! We had a great meal. The service was a tad sad when we walked in but got up to speed by the time we started to enjoy our meals! The Irish Coffee is brilliant!

We stayed in Dublin from the 22nd-25th of feb as two couples and ventured into this pub every day. Eating there 3 times, with every meal being to all of ours absolute satisfaction. Along with the great food we were always treated with a very friendly manner by all staff and none of our requests were any bother for any.... More
