the food here is very nice I have been in Musashi several times in both locations IFSC and Capel street, IFSC venue is bigger and probably more comfortable, Capel is small and sometimes noise is too much, food is good in both places, service is not good at all cos sometimes you need to wait and it is not fair.... Never liked sushi until I came to this place. They serve fresh, good quality and nice shushi dishes. For everyone who wants to eat Japanese, but no sushi; their menu has enough to choose from a selection of noodles, soups and rice dishes as well. Just one tip: always reserve for your dinner. Lunch reservations aren't possible.

Quick - "value" lunch the "Bento box" today was absolutely SUBERB ! Blanched salmon sushi pieces in an orange sauce, on shredded Carrot, a generous portion of delicately cooked Fillet beef, in sesame seeds on a bean sprouts and pak choi in a delicious dark sauce, Ginger and wasabi, and breaded Hake on a green salad with a tangy sauce,... It was a while since I last ate here, but it did become one of my favourite spots in Dublin (before I moved away) for an informal lunch treat. I have in the past eaten from the lunchtime special menu as well as trying the sushi, and also the bento boxes. The bento box would probably be my favourite meal... More

We had this spot recommended to us and we loved it! Really clean, nice modern decor, perfect lighting, good service, and every bite was delicious and we'll presented. For starters we had the seafood dumplings and the mixed tempura. The dumplings were the best I've tried! For our mains we had the teriyaki salmon and the mixed noodle dish (sorry,... More

Definitely a must, the mains are great but I have to say that the sushi pieces are awesome. I definitely would recommend the salmon ones. Amazing. Also the staff offers you a cup of green tea before serving which is very nice, the only thing is that always try to book a table with anticipation because it's a very small... More

This is such a good restaurant! The main meals are sadly disappointing which is why I didn't give it 5 stars but the sushi, gyoza and tempura are amazing. You could spend a fortune on sushi in dublin which is why this place is so popular- the prices are brilliant. It's between 5 and 7 euro for a sushi roll... More

Nice small japanese resturant. Be sure to book though. Good prices and good service. Food is good but sashimi could be better. Defo good on a modest budget

I've been to Musashi twice now. The first time earlier this year and the review that I gave on that visit was not favourable. However, upon giving the place another shot I felt compelled to post a second review in light of the fantastic food I enjoyed. Where as the previous time I had simply ordered one large platter of...
