We are here three weeks ago after partner came across it and raved about it, and we've been back three times since!! Was very surprised by the reviews here when I looked it up, in our experience they were the exact opposite of our thoughts. The food was delicious and prompt, the service was excellent. The waitress with the short... More

I ate with a friend in the restaurant on the second floor. The waitress rushed us to order and when we got our food we were so disappointed. I ordered the salmon, the portion was tiny and the cost was €14.50! My friend had the crab cakes served with roast potatoes at a cost of 15.95. White coffee cost €3... More

Had tea and scones in Clodaghs Kitchen during the week with my daughter.I asked if I could have some cream with the scones and the girl behind the counter did'nt answer me but turned and opened a fridge and removed an aerosol type container and proceeded to spray cream directly on my plate. The aerosol wasn't working properly and it spluttered... Called into Clodaghs Kitchen in the Arnotts store for coffee and a scone. I had to order 3 times. Eventually my coffee arrived, followed by the scone 5 minutes later. The scone was heated which I didn't ask for but said it was ok as I was told there were no other scones left. The scone is heated? The scone... More

Waitress asked us 4times in 10mins if we were ready to order. I had steak sandwich, thinnest slice of minute steak on the meanest slice of sourdough with a scrape of carmelized onion. Asked 3 times if we were ready to order dessert in about 10mins again, had caramel sundae which was 3scoops icecream with a mean squirt of caramel... More

Hugely disappointing, food was excellent but the staff were a huge let down. As a waitress i know it's difficult when understaffed or busy to keep smiling but only one member of staff engaged with us at all. This poor girl was left to cater for about 20 customers while the manager seemed to spend time chatting to chefs and... More

Food was actually good but a shame about the staff, I ate here with my mum here on a sunday afternoon in August, on the menu it mentioned 3 courses for 19.95 , I looked at the menu in detail to see if there was any exclusion (Monday to Thurs only for example but could not see any, we order... I enjoyed my ravioli lunch at Clodagh McKenna's. The St Tola goat's cheese had good flavour and the pasta was done well. The chicken Provençal was reported to be a tasty dish. Prices are reasonable at about 15euro each. Unfortunately, the service was unforgivably slow on our visit but this could have been a once-off.

Was looking forward to going to this restaurant as homemade by clodagh sounded promising. There is nothing special about this restaurant. Completely overpriced. The garlic potatoes and roast potatoes where undercooked and cold and the portion was small for the price we paid. Afterwards we decided to treat our selves to a dessert. The lemon meringue pie was soft and... More
