Overpriced

I ate with a friend in the restaurant on the second floor. The waitress rushed us to order and when we got our food we were so disappointed. I ordered the salmon, the portion was tiny and the cost was €14.50! My friend had the crab cakes served with roast potatoes at a cost of 15.95. White coffee... read more

I have been here several times in the past, I feel it is right in the heart of town making it super accessible and always leaving me in a great mood! Each time I have been, I was left astounded by the welcome atmosphere and friendly staff! I always get my coffee and snack in the small corner bakery and... More

I have been eating lunch in this eclectic establishment very regularly for almost a year now, and it never fails to disappoint me. The selection of food here is excellent, as it caters for a variety of individuals: the lunches are healthy and homemade, and the savory desserts are irresistible when paired with a warm coffee. Another thing that's great... More

The place is very attractive, making it a nice pleasing atmosphere to dine. The staff was welcoming and helpful and there was no hassle to find a table even though it was busy. Food was fresh and delicious, though I haven't yet tried the dessert. The whole experience was easy and relaxing, definitely passing by again soon.

We are here three weeks ago after partner came across it and raved about it, and we've been back three times since!! Was very surprised by the reviews here when I looked it up, in our experience they were the exact opposite of our thoughts. The food was delicious and prompt, the service was excellent. The waitress with the short... More

Had tea and scones in Clodaghs Kitchen during the week with my daughter.I asked if I could have some cream with the scones and the girl behind the counter did'nt answer me but turned and opened a fridge and removed an aerosol type container and proceeded to spray cream directly on my plate. The aerosol wasn't working properly and it spluttered... Called into Clodaghs Kitchen in the Arnotts store for coffee and a scone. I had to order 3 times. Eventually my coffee arrived, followed by the scone 5 minutes later. The scone was heated which I didn't ask for but said it was ok as I was told there were no other scones left. The scone is heated? The scone... More

Waitress asked us 4times in 10mins if we were ready to order. I had steak sandwich, thinnest slice of minute steak on the meanest slice of sourdough with a scrape of carmelized onion. Asked 3 times if we were ready to order dessert in about 10mins again, had caramel sundae which was 3scoops icecream with a mean squirt of caramel... More

Hugely disappointing, food was excellent but the staff were a huge let down. As a waitress i know it's difficult when understaffed or busy to keep smiling but only one member of staff engaged with us at all. This poor girl was left to cater for about 20 customers while the manager seemed to spend time chatting to chefs and... More
