Great spot for breakfast.

The place has a great atmosphere to it and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is delicious, especially their own brown bread. I would definitely be back there for more!

We've eaten breakfast at Kennedy's in Clontarf several times now and it has always been excellent. Ingredients are top quality - bacon, sausages and eggs a world away from a greasy spoon. With two eggs and a choice of two other portions from a list including sausages, bacon, mushrooms, etc plus lots of toast and coffee for less than €10... More

We were recently on holidays and visited Kennedy's foodstore in Clontarf. Whilst the downstairs deli and seating area was lovely , with glazed walls pulled back to let one appreciate the day, it was upstairs our family of four including two young kids hit for. The staff are so friendly here, and they have fun colouring activities for the kids... More

INCREDIBLY SLOW service. Had to give up and leave. Coffee to go is meant to be prompt, was left standing after the girl took my order and proceeded to do nothing??? Don't have people employed behind the counter if they can't make coffee! There was only me and 1 table in the shop. No excuse.

Just spent a perfect 30 mins in kennedys food store in raheny. Flat white at just the right temperature. Berry wholemeal scone delicious. Cost just over €5. Quiet relaxed space. And best sign in my opinion, immaculate bathrooms. Recommend this place very highly.

Walked into Kennedy's today and was trying to decide what cake to choose with my daughter. We spotted a blue bottle fly landing on all the cakes. We were put off by this, but what was worse was there was another one on the scones on top of the fridge and we made eye contact with the waitress who approached... More

Inept in Kennedy's Raheny about once a week. Niamh and the other staff there are always friendly and efficient. The place is usually busy and has a great atmosphere. The breakfast is amazing and I love being able to chose exactly what to have on my plate. You decide how you want your eggs and then your other extras on... More

Raheny gem slowly taking over which I often frequent. Love the food, decent specials and most of the staff are generally always pleasant. The coffee used to be my favorite part however there have been a few times recently it isn't living up to what it used to be, a friend's americano arrived full to the top with no room... More

Hi Jon, many thanks for your review and for the frequent visits to us! Delighted to hear you are enjoying the food and the specials. Thanks for the feedback on the coffee - I've looked into this and part of the reason I think that it was not up to its usual high standard is our machine had to have... More

I've brought people from all parts of my life, my gym buddies, work buddies and friends from down the country and all have raved about. There's plenty to chose for everyone - soups, salads and my favourite, is the breakfast. They do fine sized portions. Keep that in mond cos their desserts are fab too!

Thanks for your lovely review - and for introducing the people in your life to Kennedy's! Delighted that you enjoy the breakfast - its free range eggs, clonakilty's finest pudding and craft butcher rashers and sausages all the way! We have a dedicated dessert Chef and she is delighted and says thanks for your comments on the desserts. Thanks again... More

The food was very nice, but too pricey for me. I had a lovely piece of quiche with herbs and a ciabatta with some of their lovely salads in it. But this came to €12.30. I was told that the quiche was €4.95 so the ciabatta must have been well over €7! Nice, but too pricey for me.

Hi William, thanks for coming to the store and for the feedback. I looked into this and apologies - you were overcharged on the ciabatta by 70 cent. I'd like to offer you coffee and dessert on us next time you are in. Please ask for myself or Suzanne. Hope to see you again, Sarah More
