A great spot for a tasty breakfast, snack or lunch in the centre of town. Blueberry pancakes are a personal favourite, but it's a shame they don't come with the lovely pot of berries you get at Rathcoole - that would get the extra "star"

Buffet style food which is great, tasty, good value and quick. Always worth a visit a few times a year and its hard not to buy in the store on the way out.

This is a good place to shop for local goods, but it also serves up a wonderful breakfast! Many traditional Irish dishes, coffee and tea. They have massive, filling plates and also lighter fare at reasonable prices. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive.

The ambiance of the cafe is cute and cheery, although the tables are incredibly close together making for some intimate experiences with other guests.. Some great vegetarian options on the menu - wish I could have tried everything.

Loved this sweet little coffee shop/cafe. We had super salad, sweet potato fritters with assorted dips and burgers, all beautifully presented and very filling. Coffee and dessert afterwards was super.

The breakfast menu is full of good choices, at quite reasonable prices (for Dublin). I had poaches eggs on avocado + toast which was fantastic. The sausages are also amazing and locally sourced. Would definitely recommend coming for breakfast / brunch!

This is my go to place in Dublin for early lunch or coffees. The food is cooked with care and there's an extensive pastry and cake selection. I had the poached eggs on my last visit, one of the best brunch dishes I've had in Dublin. The atmosphere is quite buzzy so perfect for children or loud chat. The cafe... More

Really enjoyed my quinoa patty with tahini/greens and other person had fish cake; also the basil pesto panini was delicious. helpyourself water; great vibe in the basement of a store with innovative food items. Only complaint is that my scone was not really that good (berry scone had almost no berries!). Still very satisfied because my quinoa and tahini burger... More

I had read the reviews of the Avoca Cafe and when my husband and I finally got there for lunch, we were delighted to find that it was even better than we had expected. The ambiance is great but the food is the real star. It's fresh, top ingredients and wonderful combinations. We went back the next day to purchase... More
