Yum Yum Yum

This was suggested by a friend and I'm so glad I listened. I stopped off at the cafe on the top floor and the cakes was great as was the atmosphere and there was no wifi ... Wait for it ... To encourage conversation (or to save money I prefer to think the intention was the former). Also I didn't... read more

I come here quite often with my mam. I often ask myself why though because the dishes are bland and overpriced. There's no soul in the place. The food is churned out and the waiters always seem overworked and agitated. The interior is dated and much of the furniture needs to be replaced. I just ate here today and it... More

Sweet potato chips are a new addition to the menu. They are just wow!!! We also had the Moroccan lamb with couscous and humus- so good! Top food & top service!

Having read so many good reviews - Avoca was on our to do list. The restaurant setting is very nice : full of different chairs and tables, even the button on the couches are different and unique. But, in terms of service and food it is highly overrated. We didn't feel a warm welcome and the service was overall average.... More

I come here most of the weekends to enjoy a lovely breakfast or brunch. Scramble eggs and French toast are super...cappuccino and coffee are properly made and the staff is always kind and efficient. If you want to treat yourself...Avoka is always a good choice.

Quick service, amazing food and great customer service! I've never been to Avoca and been disappointment. Definitely try Poulet Bonne Femme in the basement - ideal for lunch!

My wife has been raving about and recommending this restaurant for ages. As part of her job she spent a lot of time in Dublin and just loves this place. It is on Suffolk Street, just around the corner from Grafton Street, and is upstairs at the top of the Avoca shop. We have just returned from a few days... More

My wife and I traveled to Ireland on holiday to experience this lovely country. One place we visited, while in Ireland, was Avoca. Marvelous little town, surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the County Wicklow. Very much worth a visit and we recommend that you stop in at the Avoca Handweavers. Beautiful things for sale and really interesting to tour... More
