Good food, nice prices, wonderful service.

My wife and I and some friends were in Dublin looking for something to eat in the Temple Bar area. I am in a wheelchair, which can be an issue sometimes as regards step-free access, so we were really happy to find La Gondola without any steps. The dining area was easy for me to navigate, and we had... read more

My boyfriend and I went to La Gondola for our anniversary meal and we were so impressed with the service, food and atmosphere! The quality of the food was fantastic. I had the pizza and it blew my mind. I didn't know pizza could taste so good. He had pasta which he also thoroughly enjoyed. We had a side of... More

Went for a quick bite to eat here on a Saturday evening in early March. Decor was nice but the restaurant was extremely cramped with diners crammed in. Our order was taken after about 25 minutes, starters arrived and weren't as described on menu. The mains were worse totally not as described and items missing from what menu described. Food... More

We turned up by chance and staff advised we may have to wait but we were seated quickly. Our waitress advised us of special offers and favourite menu items, all the food was tasty, well presented and good portion size. The risotto was excellent and we all enjoyed the food, it was v busy and tables are packed in tightly... More

Ravioli is my favorite dish in the world and in this restaurant they prepared them perfectly... As if you were in Italy! We spent a weekend in Dublin and found this restaurant just by chance, I would definitely recommend you go and try it! The staff is super polite and nice.

In the beginning i was pissed due to the 25 min waiting.. But the stuff was very friendly, apologised ten times during the meal for the delay. Very good risotto, excellent pizza, nice atmosphere. Maybe a Little bit overpriced, but i would deffinitely return.

We stumbled across this place wandering through Temple Bar on a busy Saturday night looking for a quick bite to eat. The restaurant is small and the tables are close together but that made for a good atmosphere. The wine menu consisted of only 2 whites and 2 reds but we were very happy with our choice and the price... More

We came across this restaurant when out walking in the evening. What a great choice, friendly and attentive staff. Delicious meal and dessert. Nice glass of wine. Great ambience. Would recommend.

Thought the place looked nice from the offset !! Staff not interested to be honest . Starters were okay but mines came and my girlfriend waited a further 5 minutes for hers ! Mains came whilst we were still having our starters ! I had a pizza with an egg on it and my girlfriend had the four cheese pizza... More

We found this little restaurant after wandering round the noisy Temple Bar and not liking the look of anywhere and we really please with our choice. We had a couple of starters and two different chicken main courses and enjoyed our food. My husband was a bit disappointed there wasn't any Guiness on offer and just 2 choices of larger... More
