Went after work (5.30pm) with a Grab One voucher for two mains, two sides and tea/coffee. Often with voucher deals the portions or menu are different to the usual one used. This is not the case in the Harbourmaster the portions were generous and the normal a la carte menu was used. We had the Hake with mash and the... More

I brought 13 people with me on Saturday 30th (late afternoon) as a meal break during a day of events in Dublin. The service was very good (our server was friendly, helpful and attentive). The manager knew we where on a fairly tight schedule from our conversation when I made the reservation and was extremely accommodating - While having a... More

Good night out here with good food and service. We had a voucher to use and you know with vouchers not to expect much but I was very surprised at the quality served and the great service in the restaurant. This made our night out very memorable and I am glad to say that I would come back here. This... More

Six of us dropped in here after doing the Dublin bay cruise one Saturday afternoon. We got mainly wings, chips, BLTs and club sandwiches. Everbody was happy with their food and I personally enjoyed my large portion of wings. Service was good and the drinks were as they should be. Definitely a nice option for a quick snack and a... This was a 'works' occasion with over 20 people to be served. Given it was also over lunch, time really was of the essence and the Harbourmaster delivered what we needed. Food was pre-ordered and once everyone was seated the dishes were served, such that within five minutes of the last chair being filled we were all matched up with... More

We had rented a flat near to this restaurant. The first 2 times we tried to dine here at the end of a day touring, we were turned away as the kitchen had closed (before 8:30pm). The bar was nicely busy, but we wanted a meal. The location was pretty, on the quay, dining outdoors would have been nice. Unfortunately... More

Recently went to the harbourmaster at the IFSC and found the atmosphere and the food very good. We had our meal in the main bar area with was lively and busy. The staff took our food and drinks orders quickly. The 4 people in our party had a mixture of meals from chicken, rack of lamb and fish and no one... More

Our waitress didn't speak English that well (she was Asian, not Irish) which got things off to a poor start. The other staff were nowhere near as friendly and helpful as is usual in Ireland. The restaurant was close to Jury's Inn where we were staying, which was good as it rained in the evening. The selection of food was... More

Went back especially for the chicken wings. They are nothing like they used to be. Terrible, dried out and covered in a terrible sauce. The premises need an overhaul. The toilets are terrible. I wish I went with the kids for the pizza.
