We had rented a flat near to this restaurant. The first 2 times we tried to dine here at the end of a day touring, we were turned away as the kitchen had closed (before 8:30pm). The bar was nicely busy, but we wanted a meal. The location was pretty, on the quay, dining outdoors would have been nice. Unfortunately... More

Recently went to the harbourmaster at the IFSC and found the atmosphere and the food very good. We had our meal in the main bar area with was lively and busy. The staff took our food and drinks orders quickly. The 4 people in our party had a mixture of meals from chicken, rack of lamb and fish and no one... More

Our waitress didn't speak English that well (she was Asian, not Irish) which got things off to a poor start. The other staff were nowhere near as friendly and helpful as is usual in Ireland. The restaurant was close to Jury's Inn where we were staying, which was good as it rained in the evening. The selection of food was... More

Went back especially for the chicken wings. They are nothing like they used to be. Terrible, dried out and covered in a terrible sauce. The premises need an overhaul. The toilets are terrible. I wish I went with the kids for the pizza.

Invited to rendezvous at short notice by friend, never realised there was a restaurant upstairs! Food was good and menu varied. Pity music was a little on the 'too loud' side, thus much cocking of heads and unnecessary lending to hear each other.

Visit ruined by strong smell of drains. I'm sure I would've enjoyed it more if there wasn't that going on. I've heard good things so I will give it another go.

So we popped in here to shelter for a few hours while waiting on some One Directioners. The place was very busy with some concert goers still eating and I think there may have been some communion celebrations also. Basically until about 7.00, it was pretty noisy but that's to be expected with so many kids in town for One... More
