We stopped in for breakfast this past Saturday and were not disappointed. The place was busy but for a good reason--the breakfast was fantastic! I ordered the potato farls with eggs and bacon (amazing, especially with a bit of their tomato relish spread on the eggs) and my husband had the pancakes. Being half American, I thought I knew a... We had the omelette and the scrambled eggs both served with their home made bread... excellent! Friendly staff and great service, not surprising that the little place filled up very quickly.

I came across The Bakehouse when looking for somewhere to stop in for brunch on a Sunday... I didn't want anything fussy, as I had just arrived in town from overseas. Since The Bakehouse was just a few steps from my hotel, it seemed like the perfect choice. And it was! I am thrilled that I found such a local,... More

Went here for brunch last Sunday. I got the pancakes and my partner got the full grill. My pancakes were to die for! I couldn't even finish them and they were so filling. Very generous servings of the fresh fruit (some places can be quite scabby regards to this) and I honestly didn't expect them to be as good as... More

Went there for Friday lunch recently and it was delicious! It was my first time there but went with someone who is a fan but is not a foodie! Ordered the pulled pork salad and it was delish! My boyfriend ordered the baked potato which was also pretty good! My only criticism regarding the salad was that it could have... More

Me and my friend recently went to dublin and stumble across this place randomly. I wasn't sure what I fancied to eat and only planned to stop for coffee. However once we stepped inside this place we just had to order the selection of meats platter.... So nice food was amazing, as was service and the place is adorable.

We went for breakfast and after having to wait outside for the floor to dry we had a very warm welcome and loved the service. Also the crockery used and mini milk churns etc were beautiful. The bacon was really thick and perfect and the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs came in a beautiful pan, the porridge was creamy and... More

We had the bacon buttey and the ham, cheese and tomato omelet. Both breakfast were a lot of food for a relatively small price and were cooked perfect. I would definitely recommend this place!
