In our prolonged weekend in Dublin we lived close to this wonderful place. We had our brunch in this American sixties inspired diner the first day and had to come back every day for the duration of our stay. The staff is extremely nice and remembered us on the second day. The food is plentiful and very rich so don’t... More

Stopped here for coffee and cake today. Great, friendly service, wonderful cakes and good coffee. Would recommend this cafe over any large coffee chain...!

Stopped in here for lunch today with my girlfriend. Everything was tremendous, from the soup to the bread to the sandwiches. Impeccably baked bread and an awesome selection. Great service too!

Stayed at a nearby hotel and past this lovely cafe during the day, so decided to call the next morn for breakfast, was not disappointed, staff where friendly and food was delicious, would recommend and will call again.

It was average. Friendly staff and typical cafe atmosphere. I only had a coffee and cupcake for a mid afternoon rest. Both were average and I wouldn't make an effort to come here again.

I am relentlessly in search of the perfect cooked breakfast in Dublin city, although in my opinion I have come extremely close to perfection occasionally I am afraid I have so far failed in my quest. I had read about The Bakehouse in many reviews on many sites so just had to try it. These guys appear to be making... More

I've been to this place a few times now and have generally enjoyed the food. It does sometimes take a little while for the order to be taken if they are busy (or not so much as the case was yesterday) and for it to arrive but generally it's reasonably good. Yesterday we went for lunch and while agian the... More

This was A1, top-class, brilliant in a fab spot overlooking the Liffe...we loved the food here and the service was bubbly and attentive, but no intrusive. My hubby reckons that this was the best fried breakfast he has ever had eating out. I had a bacon butty - which was magic, two great big bits of fresh, lovely bloomer, homemade... More

Soup and some brown bread. Nothing fancy but it was amazing. Special soup of the day. Spicy red pepper. So tasty. Fresh brown bread and real butter. Winning combination

We ate there on a cold dublin morning and were pleasently surprised, since we chose this little restaurant by chance. The girls are very nice and the service was perfect. The food was amazing! It was one of the best omelets I've ever tasted, and my husband had a delicious sausage sandwiche. Strongly recomend.
