Very pleasant dining experience

Was recommended this restaurant by a work colleague who had recently eaten there. We arrived at around 6.30pm on a Tuesday without a reservation and got a table without problem. Stumbled upon this place purely by chance - they were very accommodating, considering how busy it was, and seated us where we wanted to be (outside). The food was simply delicious - nothing complicated or fussy - just wonderful! Very rarely these days to I find it difficult to chose what TO have - more often what NOT to have... More

Went here for lunch few days ago. It was a bit small inside but cozy anyway. The staff are very good and attentive. The price is not too bad for lunch. I had the spicy seafood linguine. A bit bland for my taste. It could be tastier. The sauce was more orangey look maybe because of the fennel. A dash... More

My husband & I visited here on Friday, we had the pre-theatre menu & it was lovely! Great value for money. The rib-eye steak was cooked to perfection & was the best steak I have ever had! Lovely service, would highly recommend!

Went there almost by mistake, business dinner. Nice and warm place, good atmosphere, good service and the food was excellent, the right soup for freezing evening, excellent beef burger, good desert.. Will go back in few months to check more options..

Good quality food with tasteful dishes in a small cosy environment (but somehow noisy.) Would recommend!

Wanted a simple lunch, with fresh ingredients. Stumbled on this place. Had the chicken stir fry. Was yummy! Priced well too! Great option if you want to avoid pub food!

I was just hanging out around Grafton Street on my second day in Dublin, and I discovered this tiny little street, South Anne Street, and The Kitchen. Cosy, Calm, I just sat and felt in love with the food: irish salmon, grilled marinated chicken, red coconut spicy chicken curry, toonsbridge mozarella. I had dinner there 3 nights during my 5... We stopped here for a drink on a day trip to Dublin, the service was excellent from Shaun the waiter, we were made to feel really welcome and sat outside under the heaters, after a few glasses of very good wine we sampled the lunch menu, good selection of food well presented, and extras added by request. Try the red... More

We ate here last night by chance as our original choice was full. This was a great little place, full of charm and atmosphere. We sat outside under the awning and heaters and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly- even making us a mulled wine which was not on the menu. The food was delicious - three different... More
