I have been to Diwali twice with my boyfriend and both of us loved it. There is a variety of selection on the menu. On our two visits, for starter we had mo mos, aloo chap and fish garlic pakora. The mo mos and aloo chap were full of great flavour. The fish pakoras were just ok so that's a... More

We had a very good meal and experience here. We ate early (6:30pm) so the place was only filling up when we were leaving at around 8pm. The food was very good and they did a nice combined starter for 2 with meat which was a great way to start the meal. I had the Biryani dish for the main... More

We started with the onion bhajia's which were HUGE balls of onions mixed with batter and spices and fried up ---very good, indeed, and served with some dipping sauces. Then, came the grilled prawn appetizer --also good, but not amazing. A pitcher of water was brought to the table which I liked because I could then fill up my glass... More

I don't believe that I haven't written a review about Diwali before, because we have been going here on a regular basis for years. Simply it is our favourite Indian/Nepalelse restaurant. Food, service and value for money are some of it's qualities that I could rhyme off without thinking about it, but most of all, it's all the above plus... More

We had booked a table for a specific time, but it was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait in the doorway until it was ready, about 10 minutes. Once seated the service was excellent, I enjoyed the variety of veggie food on offer, and the portions were very large. We were given extra free food and... More

Lovely little restaurant (our group of 17 took up over half the tables). Food was lovely - and you get a lot of it for your money. One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to in Dublin, recommended to us by a few Indian guys at work. as being genuine. Staff were fantastic, service very good, food great!

Came across this place by accident and decided to give it a chance - so glad we did ! I've tried a lot of Indian food over many years, and I think this was the best I've ever had. We started with the mixed meat appetizer, nicely served with a fresh and well presented salad, a really good selection of... More

We heard about Diwalli and 6 of us decided to try it out. We had a booking for Saturday at 20.15 but were about 5 minutes late. It was very busy but after a short wait and some table rearranging we were seated. Because they were not ready for us they allowed you to use the early bird menu. Food... More
