Though I have only had takeaway service from this restaurant, it has been consistently excellent. Sometimes it is the common food items which are hardest to get right and be consistent with. e.g. grilling a fillet steak. This restaurant is totally consistent, and from a fan of Indian food (though hardly an expert), each dish seems properly cooked. Balancing the... More

When Jaipur restaurant closed just up the road, Diwali seemed to cram in a few more tables. We had been here several times before without any problems but last time was akin to eating on an aircraft, the space was so tight. In fairness, it is hard to fault the food but the lack of space was disappointing. Even leaving... More

Having spent some time in Nepal, Diwali is my go to place for quality Nepalese food. Neither myself or friends ive brought there have ever been disappointed. Genuine Nepalese hospitality at a very reasonable price, top marks all round.

I've been to this restaurant many times over the years and the food has always been consistently very good. On our last visit we had a large group and arrived looking to avail of the early bird menu but we had no reservation, which luckily was no problem The staff were very accommodating and gave us plenty of time to... Service average at best. Decent food but not exceptional in any way. Menu is on light side for authentic Nepalese and veggie dishes.

Stayed in Dublin for 3 nights for my husband's birthday. Diwali was recommended to us in the tourist information office and so glad we took their advice. Service in Diwali was excellent and staff friendly. Meals were definitely the best Indian food we have ever tasted - so fresh and meat so tender. Complimentary liqueurs at the end of the... More

Food was excellent and all reasonably priced Menu was extensive and I asked for an of menu dish and received it All staff are great. The young girl who attended us (08-08-15) was exceptional. So why not 5 stars? 1 ) nam bread ordered never arrived. Didn't mind as portions are very large 2) the tables are very very tight... More

We were delayed sitting down as the restaurant was particularly busy and were all given complimentary drinks. The service was friendly and efficient with a really excellent choice of things to eat. All of the portions were a great size and the food is absolutely gorgeous. If youre going at the weekend would definately recommend booking in advance as it... More

Ate here with two others and we all thoroughly enjoyed the meal! On entering the décor isn't the best looking, but that's really picking at straws. The staff are extremely friendly and there was groups and families of Indians across the restaurant. Always a good sign I suppose. I had the Gulafi Sheekh Kebab, which wasn't what I expected but...
