Hit the spot!

I can't believe that I've lived in Dublin all these years and never been to Dada! Last weekend I gave in to temptation and finally decided to go. Love this little treasure in the centre of Dublin. The monkfish with dates is well worth trying, so tasty it works really well. BYO with no corkage charged on some days of the week. Great friendly service and a lovely setting.

I had visited this restaurant on a few occasions, but on this visit, it was a bit disappointing. This is a BYOW restaurant with no corkage for some days of the week on the first bottle, second and every other bottle you bring - you are charged €4. The food this time was ok just, nothing special - soup smothered... More

I visited here for the first time last night with family. Food was really lovely and flavoursome and you can bring your own wine which was a bonus. Early bird was good value. As it got busier there was a great buzz about the place and the decor is very authentic which was great to see.We had our own booth... More

This was my 3rd visit to Dada, as a vegetarian I enjoy Moroccan cuisine, I always have plenty of choice. Last night I visited with family for an early bird after work. Two courses were €18.95, we brought our own wine (2 bottles) and were charged €4 corkage. I ordered the Harira soup, it came out only luke warm, but... More

I went with my boyfriend and a big group. Their was a seating issue originally, and staff seemed a bit exasperated by it. They seemed stressed the whole time, while taking orders and serving food, like there was too much to do, which I'm sure there was, but I think it's important to present a calm surface to guests. The... More

We went as a group of 8 and ate off the early bird menu. The food was pretty decent, if not amazing, and good value. BOYB is available at a €1 per beer or €4 per bottle of wine.

I so enjoyed my meal here when we were taken to Dada's that I promised my family I would also bring them to share the wonderful tastes and flavours. I recently returned with my family and they all enjoyed their meals. Highly recommended!!

My partner had quail in filo pastry as a starter which was delicious. I had a kebab which was also very good. The main courses, however, simply didn't work - lamb tagine which was strangely sweet as was my monkfish with dates. It was damned expensive too. Overall, won't be going back.

During a layover in Dublin decided to try something new, Dada proved to be an inspired choice. The lamb tagine I had was one of the most delicious meals I've had in a long time. The service was friendly and the meals arrived quickly. I'd recommend you arrive with a good appetite, the portions are designed for hungry diners. The... More
