Visited Rustic Stone for lunch with a friend this week courtesy of a voucher deal from the Dining Room. This was my first visit and I cannot recommend the food highly enough. We shared a starter platter and the staff were very helpful in ensuring that a good range of vegetarian and shellfish options were available with this dish. For... More

I'm surprised for some reviews, as all my experiences in Rustic Stone have been a pleasure. I've discovered the restaurant in a deal (pigsback) and for the first time, a deal worth it!. The food served in the set menu has the exactly same quality/portion as if you ask for it in the a la carte menu and everything that... More

I had lunch here with a friend recently. We arrived and were left standing inside the door while the staff completely ignored us so eventually we sat at an empty table. We were then approached by a woman with a very bad attitude who asked had we booked and was snooty verging on rude. On a brighter note once seated... More

I visited rustic stone this week after meaning to go for a long time but I won't be going back. When I saw a pigsback deal for lunch for 2 I thought it would be a good excuse to finally check it out with my husband - apart from looking like a good deal, it would spur me into finally... More

I walked past the Rustic Stone with colleagues during the day, and I made a mental note to return for dinner. It appeared to be popular, smart-casual, and clean from the outside. When I remembered to look it up, the reviews were mostly good and the menu was surprisingly interesting. As someone with food allergies who travels quite frequently for... More

My husband and I ate here a couple of weeks ago and very much looked forward to our dinner there. However, it didnt quite live up to our expectations. The table for two was quite cramped with very little room between tables. The service was only ok for a restaurant of this reputation and didnt seem very interested to serve... More

On recommendation from a colleague we ate at Rustic Stone on our Dublin holiday. Great tip! We shared the lettuce heart salad....6 small hearts each filled with tasty dressing, caviar or another topping. My wife ordered filet, me tuna....both came on hot stone slants that allowed us to cook to order. We also split cauliflower side and shared 2 desserts.... More
