I travel to Dublin once a year and stay a few miles from the Coachmans Inn. I make it a point to eat at their carvery every year. There is always a good selection of hot foods to choose from. The staff is extremely accomodating -- at least 2 times we arrived right after the official closing time for the... More

I have just spent a few days in Ireland staying at the Premier Inn in Swords just up the road from Dublin Airport. We went to the Coachman Inn which is about 20min walk or 5 mins in the car with plenty of free parking. The place looks very run down and rather dingy inside but dont be put off as the... We ate here on Saturday - a special booking for a family get together. There were 54 of us with ages ranging from 6 months to 91 years. The food was excellent - three courses with plenty of choice and a good kids' menu. Service was naturally a bit slow as there were so many of us but that did... More

Have eaten here 3 times in the last few months. The last time was at the weekend. We ate off the early bird menu and there was a 10 euro kids menu as well. Our mains were steak and salmon which were cooked to perfection and full of flavour. The starters/sides and deserts were all first class. Good options for... More

The food is very nice whether you would like a roast a curry or even a sandwich. Its great for family, friends or most occasions. The food is good quality for standard prices. I would recommend this restaurant to most people who love comfort food.

Had early bird for 8 people.Food well cooked and plentyfull. Children well treated and staff very willing to adapt menu to our taste Inc some deserts not on menu but available if wanted. Great value but a little quiet for a Sunday. Will of course be returning.

This well established roadhouse is serving food and drink to the weary traveller for as long as I can rember..Food is served all day every day and there is a good wide choice available. The whole area is well maintained and there is also a little bar to the front of the building .Outside seating is also available. The food served... More

I was told to have the Early Bird menu. Even though it was later in the evening it was still available. I was truly amazed by the food for such a great price. The selection was good, a 3 course meal for 18 Euro's. When the food was brought out, you would have thought this was a very expensive restaurant.... More

Had the Early Bird menu on Saturday along with my wife, Heather, and another couple that we had met on holiday last year. They brought us here for our evening meal - we were truly glad. We were introduced to Lenny and his staff and they couldn't do enough to make our visit an evening to remember. The menu has a... More

I took my partner 2 kids and my mother in law here for Sunday evening dinner. We ate off the early bird menu which was €17.95 for adults and I think €10 for kids. The menu was very good with varied choice of starters main courses and dessert. I'm not a fish eater but was told the fish was excellent.... More
