This well established roadhouse is serving food and drink to the weary traveller for as long as I can rember..Food is served all day every day and there is a good wide choice available. The whole area is well maintained and there is also a little bar to the front of the building .Outside seating is also available. The food served... More

I was told to have the Early Bird menu. Even though it was later in the evening it was still available. I was truly amazed by the food for such a great price. The selection was good, a 3 course meal for 18 Euro's. When the food was brought out, you would have thought this was a very expensive restaurant.... More

Had the Early Bird menu on Saturday along with my wife, Heather, and another couple that we had met on holiday last year. They brought us here for our evening meal - we were truly glad. We were introduced to Lenny and his staff and they couldn't do enough to make our visit an evening to remember. The menu has a... More

I took my partner 2 kids and my mother in law here for Sunday evening dinner. We ate off the early bird menu which was €17.95 for adults and I think €10 for kids. The menu was very good with varied choice of starters main courses and dessert. I'm not a fish eater but was told the fish was excellent.... More

I have had the Early Bird menu, a number of times in the last year, and I highly recommend dining here whatever the occasion. Lenny and His staff are doing a great job, and can't do enough to make your visit as nice as possible. The menu is really very nice, and You won't get better value anywhere. The Coachmans... More

My girlfriend and I had the carvery. My girlfriends was the cheap tasting package chicken curry, chicken seriously over done with package rice..Mine was ok chicken kiev. What tempted us was the open beer garden on a summy day which was nice..A friend assures me the sit down restaurant is much nicer. Nice pub inside the food we wouldn't return... More

We celebrated a family occasion here at the end of May. Everything about it was superb. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Good choice of food on a very good value menu. Everyone was happy with their food and the service was excellent. We will be returning.

My heart sank when I realised we would be celebrating a family occasion here. The Coachmans is a large volume restaurant serving to not very discerning customers who normally prefer quantity to quality. I was very pleasantly surprised. Okay, it's not gourmet food, and my steak was well over-cooked despite carefully repeating how I wanted it done, but for the... More

When our flight was delayed into Dublin my husband and I arrived tired and hungry. We remembered seeing this pub on a previous journey so decided to give it a try, what a wonderful find. The restaurant manger was incredibly was so welcoming and turned our bad day completely around. We will now be making this a destination location.

We celebrated a family occasion here recently, I have not been here in years. I had the brie in filo pastry to start with, it was awful. However, the burger made up for the bad starter, it was the best burger EVER!! others in the party had mushrooms as a starter which were not great either. Waiting staff were not... More
