Badger + Dodo coffee, Great scones

I know people go here for the wine, but i think they do a mean cappuccino also. Whoever writes up their notice boards has a dry sense of humour. Delicious scones and really nice Italian (i think) waiter, who will make you feel really welcome.

Seems at first glance that this place is just a Delicatessen, but no - there are tables at the back of the food hall with a view of the extensive wine selection. The food we chose was on sharing plates (wooden boards) and was delicious. The vegetarian duo had the veggie platter - with stuffed tomatoes, artichoke, olives and peppers.... More

I enjoyed the lunchtime sandwiches. In the afternoon the range of snacks is limited - i.e. sold out. The seating can be a bit cramped and there is a bottleneck around the till area

We have only been in a few times since Christmas but used to come here way more often. Today my husband and I came in for a quick coffee but left two hours later. We were surprised to see the girl who was on maternity leave. We were sure she wouldn't be back but to our luck she returned. By... More

Initially I thought this was simply a wine merchants. Then I noticed there were tables and seats at the back. We were there for lunch. A very good lunch was had, and fairly priced with friendly staff and quick service.

I love this place, it does excellent coffees and sandwiches but I love the bread best of all, it is such a treat to buy a loaf of their sourdough and a lump of the excellent cheese or some charcuterie and bring it back to the office!

The wine, food and service in 64 Wines in Glasthule in Dublin are consistently superb. It's lovely to visit with friends and family for a glass of wine and a cheeseboard - or simply on your own for excellent coffee and a sandwich. Some great foodie gifts inside too if you're stuck!

I have been frequenting 64 Wine for about 7 years now and have yet to be disappointed. They have probably the best selection of wine in Ireland and very knowledgeable staff. The food is also very good (soups, sandwiches, meat and cheese boards etc.) and for a minimal charge you can pick a bottle of wine off the shelf and... More

I called here on Easter Saturday morning for a coffee and asked them to confirm what time they were open until on that evening. They confirmed they would be open until 8pm. We were at nearby restaurant for dinner and called in to 64 just after 7.30pm we asked for a table and were essentially told we could not stay.... More

Ms Doherty. As the owner it is very difficult to read your comments, particularly as we work so hard and pride ourselves, on the quality of our service. My goal is always to treat people as though they were my mother. You very fairly say that your request was after we finished service at 7.30pm, but that is no excuse... More
