Good food, great staff

Having just bought a house around the corner, I couldnt be happier that I live near Junior's. I have to eat an extremely restricted diet but Juniors couldnt have tailored their brunch better for me. Chef rang me in advance to confirm requirements! It's a pleasure to eat there. Their huevos... read more

On arrival in Dublin we wanted to eat somewhere close to our hotel. We stumbled on Junior's and were really glad we did. It's just a small place and it was really hopping! We were lucky to get a table in the covered outdoor patio. I had a wonderful seafood pasta with some very well priced wine. Service was prompt... More

I've been here a few times and have always loved the food. I visited last week and was disappointed with my duck main course, this is the first time I've ever had an issue with the food. The staff could not have been more helpful. I was immediately offered a new duck to rectify the problem, but I didn't want... More

I had a brilliant meal here with my partner, I just love the menu always very well judged. I had the pan fried sea bream with saffron potatoes and samphire. It was just beautiful served with just enough beurre blanc and simple presented without fuss....just great cooking. My partner had duck breast done with roast beetroot and was very good... More

Been to this restaurant a few times the last two weeks ago for an evening meal. I have mixed feelings about it. What's to like?? Well the food is very good, well cooked and nicely presented. Service? Top class, friendly and you are made very welcome. Ok then what's not to like?? Now I get it, sure it is a... More

Even if the food was not the very best Italian food i've tried in Dublin (still it is very good), this places deserves a very good review because of the staff. With the restaurant fully busy, people shouting and partying, and loud music, the waiters were able to provide a 5-star service, delivering all the food on time and without... More

This place is a gem I'll return to again and again. The food is reliably good, always freshly prepared, and the menu changes regularly, keeping the experience fresh. The only drawback on a personal level was the service, which was a little too in-your-face informal. Desserts are the weak point on the menu, but the rest is simply wonderful.

Came here for brunch recently with a friend and we both really enjoyed it! The place itself is small but very buzzy and a great overall atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was very tasty. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and would recommend it for brunch!

Excellent quality food, great service in a lovely little corner at the edge of Ballsbridge. Menu is a little unconventional but still very nice. Great selection of specials which change every day. Gorgeous Pinot Grigio wine! Their mud pie dessert is fantastic. The only downside is that the indoor seating is a little cramped. There is however a lovely covered... More

A last minute stay in the city and I came across Juniors on a walkabout. What a treat. The staff are most welcoming and personable. I had a mussels in tomatoey chorizo sauce and it was delicious, mussels were soft and plump, chorizo so tasty and the tomatoey chilli sauce was mopped up heartily with sourdough toast. It's a small... More
