Yummy

We had just arrived in Dublin, staying at Phoenix Park, and took a 10 minute walk to Smithfield Market Square where we found this delightful Pizzeria. We share a sixteen inch Americana which wad great as was the service and the price. Please visit if you are in the area.

After arriving back in Dublin after a trip to the Cliffs of Moher, this was the only restaurant near to our apartment that was still open. Although it wasn't Irish, the Italian pizza and lasagna were very good, and in fact, we had takeout the following evening.

We were looking for a place for dinner. It was late and we decided to go there as it was the only place opened. From outside it looks like cheap takeaway. Or just a simple pizzeria. Believe me. The food is great and the portions pretty big. Very rexomendable. As suggestion. Pasta with sea food. Which is called... something... de... More

Despite delicious starters, and a very attentive waiter - our risotto and linguine were gluey with cream - and the latter inedible. When the waiter asked why the latter had not been eaten we replied that there had been to much cream, Despite fifty years of eating pasta - including delicious light linguine pescatore - the message came back from... I called in here recently based on recommendations from friends. I had a pizza at lunch time, and it was the freshest and tastiest pizza I have had in a long time (I had the Vulcano). It was very reasonably priced too. Service was very fast and friendly. Coffee afterwards was good.

This restaurant is situated in a really lovely space right slap bang right in the middle of Smithfield Square and is very convenient to a snack pre-or post-theatre in the Lighthouse which is situated only a few metres away and love the thin crispy pizza on offer here

This attractive cafe, pizzeria located near the Light House Cinema in Smithfield is a delight. The food is great; service cheerful and prompt. The atmosphere is casual but it is fresh, bright and welcoming. I recommend getting to Smithfield early, eating at Bel Cibo and then enjoy a film at the luxurious Light House Cinema. Or, you can see a... More

Decided to have our tea here before traveling home and we were so glad we did. They do an early bird offer from the tea time menu, at a greatly reduced price. The food is freshly prepared and tastes delicious. The staff are warm and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Will we be back?? Most certainly. We have... More

Another evening, another restaurant. I like going to Bel Cibo in Smithfield because they have the best Bruschetta al Pomodoro in town. Fresh vine tomatoes with crashed garlic and oregano. Always the best starter for an Italian meal. For me it has to be fallowed by a nice hot pizza. The staff is friendly and always with a smile. I... More
