Still in the search for Dublin's best value the exchequer comes very close. Dropped in Thursday with a work colleague who had been before. We were greeted by very friendly staff and shown to a table. Just stumbled upon this restaurant, however it ended up being really nice. The french toast was delicious and served with a fruit compote. I'd say that it is a bit pricey, and that it is not really a family restaurant because many of the items on the menu were fancier such as liver and foie grais, something that I know... More

First time eating here. Food was excellent. Had the cockles and mussels to start. Only complaint about these were that most of the shells were empty. But the ones that were there was fresh and good quality. Had the steak for my main. Perfectly cooked and well presented. Great selection of cocktails. Service was satisfactory, waited a bit too long... More

Some Sunday mornings can be tough, but the excellent variety on the menu and the really nice pleasant staff gets your appetite back immediately, and the food is spectacular and interesting

Went there upon recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed! We started off with the Hendricks G&T which was very nice! It was served in a tea pot with China adding a novelty factor. We moved on to the non standard cocktails. Tom the bar manager, was an excellent host and guided us through his personal favourites many of... More

The beer is laughably expensive and the barman needs to learn some manners. I was there on a Sunday afternoon. He was more interested in the ONE cocktail he was making, than serving me.

After arriving in Dublin this was the first bar we went to. The service was great, fantastic atmosphere, good music and great Guinness. We have also just eaten lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We had 4 steak flank which was served in a floured tortilla with avocado tomatoes and mustard and goats cheese with gorgeous skin on thin fries. Fantastic... More

Really nice pub food that comes in LARGE portions. We ordered the bread as a starter and that was already so much that we felt very full afterwards. They could serve half and then it would still be a good size starter (even better, because you can enjoy your main more). The salmon and the fish and chips were decent.... More

We went to to grab a lunch today with some friends and after waiting 30 min to be attended we decided to leave, they did not even bring the menu and we requested it 3 times!!!. They did not even realize that we left even though the restaurant was at 60% of cappacity. Hopefully the food is better than the... More
