Went there for dinner, both my brother and I had the beef and Guinness pie. It was absolutely delicious. Well worth the €16. Very big pub, quick service, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

on one of the busiests streets of Dublin, we were surprise to find a pub that, altough full of tourists, still provides the real Irish pub experience. with great Irish pub food - we had the Beef Guiness Pie (Eur15.95) and Irish Stew (EUR15.95) and both where excellent. Service is also top notch. We came in before the dinner service... More

We visited Murray's a couple of times during our stay in Dublin. It is a large, friendly pub with lots of screens for watching sport-if that is your thing! There is the largest screen in Ireland at the back of the venue, albeit part of a adjoining establishment-The Living Room. Again the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The... More

Our second time to Murray's pub and again left feeling well fed and well entertained. The atmosphere here really is infectious. Great staff, great craic and a really lively band that insisted (nicely !) you join in and have fun. A must for the tourist.

It's right on O'Connell Street with outdoor dining, a beer garden, upstairs sports bar and large dining area indoors. The atmosphere is lively. We visited one time to watch a World Cup game in the sports bar and it was great. Lots of comfy seating and plenty of televisions & projector screens. The second time we stopped in, we sat... More

Our party of 7 arrived for dinner early Saturday evening. We were sat and served immediately. Our server was very friendly and efficient .... the food was very satisfying - I had a traditional burger with fries - it was perfect! The Guinness Stew was a little disappointing, but we were spoiled by actually having the stew from the Guinness... More

We came here at the recommendation of the hotel staff since it's right around the corner. The time to get a waiter was a bit too long. We actually had to ask for menus from the hostess and still didn't know who was waiting on us. After about 15 minutes a waitress finally came over to clean our table (Since... More

Murray's Bar (that is it's actual name) is a very fine pub on the northern end of O'Connell Street, on the edge of Parnell Square. The decor is the classic dark wood with old-fashioned tables and chairs, and the pub is quite large; it is usually easy to find a seat even when the place is busy, which it nearly... More

We went to Murray's to sit down and have a few drinks. However, it smelled really good inside, so we decided to get a bowl of chowder to try -a special of the day-. The chowder came out and looked absolutely beautiful, offset by the hunk of brown bread that came with it. We each tried a taste of the... More
