We consider Chilli Banana as our local take-away. We ring and collect 15 minutes later. Their pad thai is really delicious. Their massaman curry is great too. Wipes the floor with many other take-away options I've had in the past and I keep returning time and time again. Also looks like a lovely place to have a sit-down meal and... More

Great food, my wife had the mild chilli prawns but there was so much chilli in it she could not eat it. We complained and asked for another dish, which they supplied free of charge. Lovely service, will try again if in the area.

My wife, adult son and I ate here while staying at a nearby B&B. The food was excellent and the service equally good. We'd like to get back there again one of these days.

We were a bit apprehensive having heard and seen mixed reviews about this local restaurant. We were two couples sitting for dinner and enjoyed the combination platter for four of us. I had the Sea Bass and my wife had a Massaman curry, both of which were very good. The wine was good, though I can't remember which one. We... More

Ate here as working at St Patrick's College across the road. Had the Early Bird meal - chicken satay and Thai red curry. Food was fine but rather unexceptional and predictable. Nonetheless service was quick - in and out in 45 minutes - and the place is clean and attractive.

We dined here mid-week prior to attending a concert at the 02 and selected our meals from the very reasonably priced Early Bird menu which included a starter and a main course from a good selection. The chicken satay starters were delicious as was the sweet & sour main course and the Thai curries (all 3 colours) are offered with... More

Went here recently. It was my 3rd visit. This is a very nice place. Not pretentious and quite comfortable. Service is very good. Had the Panang Curry which I am a big fan of. Not the best I have had but still very good. Really good prices too. A good judgement is if you would return to a place and... More

We brought some guests to this restaurant and had not been there before but it came highly recommended. We were not disappointed. The food was great with a really good choice. The prices are really reasonable and although it was busy we were not rushed and the staff made us feel very welcome. We will be back soon.

The Chilli Banana was recommended to us, as we were stopping at the Regency Airport Hotel on Swords Road we were looking for something near and expressed our liking for Thai food. It did not disappoint, the starters were well presented and lovely, we chose chicken satay and ribs for starters. My partner chose a green chicken Thai curry and... More
