I stopped here after reading boiling point and yes the chairs are well worth the cost. I had 2 courses as I was on the way to the airport. Wonderful attentive staff and the food was superb. For what it is and they do it is well worth the cheap 19 euro lunch. They were also very busy. Ah to... More

I just want to say this is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in the food is off the highest quality and the taste is to die for. Great value for money on lunch specials for top quality food. The staff cannot do enough for you and literally wait on you hand and foot no job is... More

Someone else had booked this for us - we hadn't been here in quite some time. It was a horrible evening - lashing rain - so we needed somewhere nice and cosy. The room was lively with diners and there was a great atmosphere. Among our group of 4 were some very fussy foodies but I have to say we... More

We had looked at all the reviews so were slightly dubious of the night ahead of but it turned out to be fantastic! Jessica looked after us so well for the evening. I had the scallops for starter which were a generous size & cooked perfectly. I had the venison for main course again cooked pink & the vegetables were... More

We had a lovely Scottish waiter, great wit, great service, pity I can't say the same about the food. Look we are in Ireland , and we LIKE BUTTER on our table to accompany the bread. Portion control is the order of the day , the salt cod starter, we all laughed as it was miniscule at 8.50, the lamb... More

Went here for a birthday meal, and don't think we would return. I ordered a moroccan lamb dish that had a gorgeous yogurt sauce and cumin infused roasted potatoes. Unfortunately, the lamb was so salty that I couldn't taste it. My husband ordered a fish dish that was the same. The server was really friendly, but like another reviewer here,... More

We have been to pichet before. It was great that time! A year later we have decided to go again to celebrate my partners birthday. It was a Sunday night at 8pm. We were directed to our table. The waiter, French, had no manner, no personality and quiet frankly was rude. He had a cut on his finger (uncovered and... More

We booked an early bird as we were going to the theatre. Arrived just after 5pm and seated at the window. Lovely attentive service, great atmosphere in the place. We had the 'pichet 75' (bombay sapphire gin, lemon juice and prosecco - yum) while looking at the menu. 3 choices for each course, but each dish sounded lovely. I had... More

Visited Pichet for the first time for a spot of lunch on Saturday. The lunch menu is great value and the food was delicious. The portion sizes could be a little more generous, especially the pumpkin cheesecake. Frankly, I'd like that to be served in a large bucket - it was amazing.
