Mongolian Barbeque is the name given a method of cooking used by Genghis Khan and his troops in the 13th century, when they would cook meat on their shields over an open fire! Now we use a cast iron grill over an open flame, and you get to choose your ingredients. We have a great range of meat and vegetables, spices and sauces. With prices starting from 5.90 Euro at lunchtime for one trip, Early Bird discounts and All You Can Eat options, as well as tempting side orders, desserts and great beer offers, how could you resist?!

A bit different from the touristy fare

I am not a fan of a carvery as I hate queuing for food so wasn't looking forward to this. The food to choose from.was fresh and bountiful.....I was really hungry the first time so was quite impatient but for my second (and third ) attempt I enjoyed the process more. Took a group of 6 friends here on a Monday evening in May. The place was busy, great atmosphere and we were seated quickly and a drinks order was taken shortly after. The grill idea was great as it gave us a chance to catch up whilst our food was being cooked and the bigger eaters in the party were... More

Quick bite to eat whilst wandering around Temple Bar. Good food and plenty of it. Cooked in front after selecting what you want. Friendly waiting staff and a polite chef who asks you how you would like you steak cooked. Great place all in all - well done.

It was my first time and I found this restaurant very original. We are used to buffet where you get your food, all you can eat restaurants and Asian woks but this one is different. You pick up your bowl of veggies, meat, spices and sauces and then they cook everything in front of you on this big grill. You... More

Visited here with a few friends. You get provided with a table then make your way to a buffet table, you select your noodles, veg, protein, spices and sauces. Hand it to a chef who cooks it on the grill, and then eat!! Overall very good. Would be wary I'd anyone has allergies, I.e. easy for someone to drip the... More

We ate a quick lunch, 5,90 per bowl of Mongolian barbecue. One selects raw ingredients, in one bowl vegetables and noodles, and takes another bowl with meat, puts spices and sauces in and gives it all to the cooks to fry on a hot plate. In addition there was rice. There were lots of sauces and spices, so one could... More

Loved the difference of getting up and choosing our own food which was cooked in front of us on a large grill. As much as you want to eat! Make our own dinner, add spices or herbs to our taste. Really nice spot, staff friendly and helpful.

Fresh good food cooked in front of you. It's an enjoyable experience and a tasty one to boot. Service is nice but as you serve yourself food there's not as much interaction as in some places. Reasonably priced too.

Went here for an early supper ( seems like everything before 7 p.m is considered early in Ireland) and it was awesome. Fresh ingredients and made right in front of you. A bit of a wait for your food but you have to expect that when it's fresh and made to order.

I didn't know this place or what it did but visited on the recommendations of a colleague. I'm so glad I did. This is an all-you-can-eat buffet with 4 simple steps. Pick a bowl full of rice/noodles/vegetable, add you choice of beef/pork/seafood, add your flavour/spices/sauce and then you get the chef to cook it teriyaki style ... Then repeat as... More
