Excellent

Now called "Il Fornia". We haven't been before but it was certainly as good as the previous reviews suggest. We had a large sharing board and our waiter went to great lengths to make sure we were happy with the meat and cheese selections that we made, bringing samples etc.

Lovely little place to visit in the afternoon for a fantastic panini and coffee or in the evening for a wine and something more substantial. I recommend trying the Riccione.

I have no idea what an authentic Italian eating experience is but we thoroughly enjoyed the simple fresh and tasty food. We hesitated on sizes but the mixed small platter with rocket and tomato salad was generous enough for the two of us. The stools are not the most comfortable and the service while extremely friendly is not that swift,... More

My boyfriend has visited this restaurant before and raved about it, but I wasn't so sure it would be up my street after looking at the menu. I'm not a huge fan of just meat (probably because I am a BIG fan of carbs) but I was so pleasantly surprised! The food to me was very fresh and of high... More

We went to Taste of Emilia yesterday evening. We were greeted by lovely and friendly staff, who took our orders. The food came in good time and was delicious and authentic. There is a nice buzz in the place too.

Went in for a coffee. Saw a platter coming out which looked so nice we decided to have one. Lovely fresh anti pasti. well presented. Excellent service too. Decided on a glass of house red which was lovely. The place is clean, warm and friendly with a nice feel to it. Excellent place to take time and and chill with... More

This is a great spot for lunch or aperitivo! Lovely platters of Italian meats & cheeses with a glass of vino is a perfect shopping pit stop! Highly recommended!

Caught up with an old friend who's Italian flat mate recommended ToE. It is small only about 10 table and it was constantly busy. I would say it's an all day menu of anti pasta/deli, platters to share (meats, cheese), panini, bruschetta, all freshly made. Very filling. Wine was great. I felt I was in an Italian kitchen. Very authentic.... More

Visited mid afternoon on a Wednesday, its an Italian restaurant that doesn't serve pizza or pasta... its aimed more at meats/cheeses and wine... Go for one of the shared platters.. Amazing!
