Emilia's place is very nice and warm. Friendly Italian guys cook the food by them selves. You don't find here the usual dishes like pizza or pasta, but the alternative Italian food is really delicious. Vegetarian people also will be impress, I think. Besides, you can make your food, if you couldn't choose on a main menu.

The thought of a lunch here on Saturdays keeps me afloat during the work week. The menu is focused on the typical food from Emilia Romagna, one of the most succulent in Italy. Not the usual pizza/pasta (fake sometimes) Italian, but a more genuine offer, with ingredients locally sourced - try the parma ham for instance and compare it with... More

I'm not sure exactly what Italian restaurants are like but this has got to be the closest to it you can get, especially as far as Dublin is concerned. The crudo, mozzarella, rocket board is outstanding.

A group of us from work went to this Italian cafe for our friends going away party last Wednesday. I'm a bit of a foodie and she had been telling me about this place for the last year so I went with pretty high expectations! All of them were met! We had amazing cheese and meat platters with Parma ham,... More

Called into Taste of Emilia for a post work light dinner and found an absolute gem of a place - all the more so because it's tucked away on a street where you'd probably not expect to find a highly rated coffee shop / deli / restaurant. The initial signs were hopeful given there were a few customers already there... More

My son told me about an Italian restaurant near the Liffey. I managed to find it last night. My friend & I had a wonderful meal with a glass of prosecco! The staff were very friendly & helpful. For a light meal you can't beat it! The balsamic vinegar is divine! Bought a bottle to take home!

I have been a client of this place since the day they opened. It is a tiny place and it gets always very busy so you better book your table in advance especially weekends. Food is very good, they only serve meat/cheese boards and other cold food for a small bite to have with your wine. As an Italian place,... More

We were there on saturday morning - for having a breakfast. Italian waitress Proposed for having antipasto-platter, that cost 15€ - excellent! There was parma-ham, salami, some kind of garlic ham, another ham, olives, sun-dried-tomato, Italian cheese, and selection of different (fresh) breads. Also we had house bruschetta, that big as pizza and really good. All of those, Bottle of... More
