The Italian experience at 360 degrees! The staff is friendly and it feels like home, the food is the best Italian quality you can find in Dublin and the wine is simply delicious! Maybe a bit expensive, but well worth it! Lovely outdoor seating and authentic espresso coffee :)

Just right for a rainy evening in Dublin - hearty and inexpensive plate that looked beautiful. Incredibly nice Italian immigrants are doing a great job here!

Taste of Emilia is located across the road from the old Woollen Mills (which has now been converted into a restaurant) and right by the Ha'penny Bridge. It was a rainy August evening and H and I just wanted something light before we headed home after some shopping. It's a small space and most of the tables were reserved, but... More

Had a nice leisurely lunch while we were in Dublin a couple of days ago. Service was a bit slow but didn't really matter as we weren't in a hurry. Besides which, it was worth the wait. My husband and I had paninis made with good ingredients. Would definitely recommend it for lunch.

So much fun. When you're hungry and need real relaxation, this little deli restaurant works magic on your soul. Fabulous fresh cuts of Italian cured hams. Great cheese and good wine. Warm caring staff. Good price. Happy ending!

I was in Dublin on a very short visit to friends celebrating my birthday. As we have done before we visited Taste of Emilia for some Bruschetta and prosecco, which we were enjoying in the busy, friendly environment. Unfortunately the whole experience was soured as my bag was stolen, from between my feet, by some-one I didn't even see! The... More

Wow - what can I say here. Our last night before flying home, we had just traveled via train and ferry from London to Dublin and were walking around looking for a place to have our farewell dinner. I am so glad I spotted this restaurant. The restaurant is small and the inside tables were full so we sat outside.... More

This restaurant is based around a very simple menu centred on quality food. The focus is great Italian meats and cheeses served on wooden platters - with a wide variety of options. Or you can have a various kinds of brochetta or sandwiches. All items are great for sharing with a glass or two of wine. I stayed a week... More

Emilia's place is very nice and warm. Friendly Italian guys cook the food by them selves. You don't find here the usual dishes like pizza or pasta, but the alternative Italian food is really delicious. Vegetarian people also will be impress, I think. Besides, you can make your food, if you couldn't choose on a main menu.

The thought of a lunch here on Saturdays keeps me afloat during the work week. The menu is focused on the typical food from Emilia Romagna, one of the most succulent in Italy. Not the usual pizza/pasta (fake sometimes) Italian, but a more genuine offer, with ingredients locally sourced - try the parma ham for instance and compare it with... More
