Stopped here because it was on the Hop on Hop Off route. It was about 2:45, waitress was indifferent at best. The food was very good (sandwiches and soup). Waited, and waited for the check, the waitress NEVER re-appeared, and the bartender rang us out. This was the 2nd place in Dublin that I commented to my wife that they... More

We were here in late November 2014, a group booking of close to 20 people. This was the fourth year we had been here around this time of year, and we were frankly expecting the tired 'pub-grub' we'd had every previous occasion. Imagine our surprise, then, when we got a complete new menu, and then when it arrived, the food... More

We went to Nancy Hands three times during our stay. The staff were welcoming and accomodating. The food was good, and offered a decent variety.

My sister had mentioned being here before and really enjoying it. So a voucher on living social came up for €45 for €90 worth of food and I have to say I think they are doing themselves out of pocket with it. So the four of us went and we got one starter, four mains, two desserts, three irish coffees,... More

Me and my family stayed in the Ashling hotel and after a little walk ended up in Nancy Hands for dinner and some drinks. The food was absolutely great, so tasty and portions were big! The staff was very nice and made us feel very welcome :)

The wife and I try to eat here when in Dublin. It is a nice and sometimes quite place for dinner. You can of course alway dine upstairs, but the pub is really nice. Food is great, specials are good and the price is right. Try the roast beef. Just make sure you are hungry as the plates are big!!

We stopped there on a rainy night, was busy, decided to sit at the bar. Bartender was great, really good service, food was good, lively conversation. Asked about the name of the place and briefly, was named after Nancy who served beer to injured soldiers at the hospital near Phoenix Park, and there was just a little window she passed... More

We ate dinner in the upstairs restaurant section away from the bar. The food was good and there were lots of details in the woodwork and ambiance that kept my attention while we visited. The neighborhood is nice too.
