Fab little cafe

Lovely café serving freshly baked cakes, scones and muffins with a good range of other food options. Nice atmosphere and teas are served in beautiful vintage looking tea cups. Great place to visit and will definitely be back!

First; you got to be early or do a reservation for breakfast! We were lucky and the waitress put us on a waiting list. 10 Minutes later we enjoyed a summer tart and scrammbled eggs with irish salmon. On weekends, Queen of tart also offers a wide range of brunch options. For Dessert we had chocolate cupcake and cinnamon muffin.... More

This is such a cute little cafe to visit! The tarts are very tasty, and I can't wait to make a trip back to this place!

My hubby and I visited this place for his birthday trip to Dublin and were really excited after reading the reviews and looking at the pictures. Don't get me wrong it's nice enough but nothing to shout about. The service we received was quite poor. My hubby was served the wrong coffee so we waited for the correct one to... More

I wanted to like Queen of Tarts. We went out of way to stop by because of the great yelp reviews, but everything about this place was off. Some places can layer on a little kitsch and make it fun (see Brother Hubbard) and other places just drown in it (Queen of Tarts). But you can look past any decor... More

We waited perhaps for 15 minutes for a table indoors since it was so cold outside in the little seating area in from of the cafe. But the delicious aromas wafting towards us from inside promised us a treat. We were seated downstairs. The table was smallish but the three of us just fit. Menus were brought promptly. We chose... Nice cafe, usually packed with people, though not as crowded as the one on Dame street around the corner. The cakes are fresh but nothing special. There is a nice atmosphere, and the location on a quieter side street at the very edge of busy Temple Bar is nice - you can sit outside and there are little boutique and... More

Went here for brunch our very first morning in Dublin. Top nosh at not ridiculous prices. Returned a few times to try out the cakes, which are the real selling point of this place. Sometimes they queue round the block for a cake from Queen of Tarts, so you know it's great stuff. The café itself is brimming with character... More

Small and perfect. Great breakfast and pastries. Awesome tea and wonderful friendly service. A second location was opened and needed due to the awesomeness of the original one. Nice place to visit when in need of a break.

We have had some great breakfasts but this is one of the best. Great value, lovely atmosphere, exquisite freshly-cooked food. Poached eggs with leek and bacon potato cakes wonderful.
