We ordered a Full Breakfast and American Pancakes with bacon & maple syrup. The pancakes were amazing - freshly made and came with delicious bacon and a little jug of maple syrup. The portion was really big and we were unable to finish. The full Irish breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have had, way better than any... More

Nice lunch venue, a bit too tight for comfort but the food is wholesome......the location is very cool with acces to Dollymount beach opposite the wooden bridge

We had eaten here in the past but unfortunately when we went for lunch recently the service and food was less than desirable, I love what the place stands for but would not pay to eat there again.

I'm reviewing the upstairs cafe in 1014, not the restaurant. Coffee/ tea and a scone for €4 is a fantastic deal. The scones are freshly baked every day (sometimes they're still warm) and are light and fluffy. They are beautifully presented with a pot of cream and a pot of berry compote. Having sampled the humble scone in many, many... More

Excellent restaurant, we travelled a distance to get here and well worth the journey. We arrived early so took a trip out across the wooden bridge and down the beach. We were seated by the window and had a beautiful view of the passing ships in the bay. Food was 100% delicious. For starters we had mezze (humous, red/green pesto,... More

Saw this restaurant on Nationwide (sad but true) and given it was the 1000 year anniversary of the battle of Clontarf I was determined to get out there and dragged a couple of friends along. Glad to say that it lived up to Marty Whelans reviews. We got a table outside which was heaven on sunny day. The staff were... More

This was my third time to eat here and only came back because my husband got a voucher. The restaurant is furnished more like a cafe. It's sparse and cheap. The service is as average as the food. I'm not likely to return.

Had breakfast here last Friday. We both had the breakfast blaa which was absolutely gorgeous. I would go back and have it again anytime. The waitress was very friendly and chatty and the view is great. This place would be perfect if it just had a bit more parking nearby.

I was recommended this restaurant by a friend of mine and so i decided to book it last night. I went with my girlfriend who is a vegetarian. When i rang to book the dinner i asked about vegetarian options and they said we have plenty. So we arrived at 7pm and got our menus after sitting down for about... More
