Excellent

Great seafood menu with excellent service and value. Wine recommended by the barman was perfect with the Hake.

I'm most likely going to say what everyone else says about the typical menu today at these area restaurants. Steak, fish, chicken done nicely, with good service. Nothing to go on and on about but good enough to not dissappoint.

I have been here for my dad birthday, he loves oysters and I broght him here because they have a wide choise for them! We took two dozen of oysters, beef fillet, crab salad, salmon, everything was gorgeous! The service is very polite and patience (we are italians and my parents asked plenty of time about the different dishes..) I... More

This must be the best restaurant in Dublin. We had top quality oysters and delicious crab and shrimp as main courses. Service was top. Don't miss this restaurant when visiting Dublin.

Quality seafood restaurant, although the carnivore can find some dead meat as well. Monkfish with black risotto, or White Atlantic Halibut with grilled asparagus, both well prepared. Elegant townhouse which transformed to an up to date glamourous restaurant. The negative, the tables are so close to each other that you can hear the dirty bed proposals from the middle aged... The restaurant itself is very nice, really liked the atmosphere and ambiance. However, I had a bad experience in terms of what was presented on the menu and what I actually received. First let's start with the menu online. Now it is the next day but I am pretty confident the menu was the same: Seafood Platter (Hot or Cold):... More

Had a very enjoyable meal here on a Sunday evening set menu (3 course 40 euro). They specialise in fish but do prove a few meat options. They also do reasonable pre theatre menus during the week. The restaurant was comfortable and welcoming. The staff were attentive but not fussy. The course were delivered nicely spaced and all of my... More

Great location near St Stephen 's Green & Grafton Street. Really nicely done out, very good selection of fish & seafood on menu, staff very helpful and friendly. Tuna ceviche starter was outstanding as was the sea trout and fish pie mains and raspberry fool desert all washed down with a nice bottle of Albariño. Magnificent and good value at... More

Food is awesome here, not cheap but worth it. Their early bird/per theatre menu is fantastic value for money though, and food is still exceptional quality. If I was to have one tiny fault, it would be the service - could lack attention at times, focused on the guests that clearly had a lot more money than us! However, we've... More

Returned to Cliff Townhouse for lunch and was not disappointed. We had asked for a table by the window and got one. Watched the bustle of the city and the weather going from sunshine, hail, rain and back to sunshine. Service was excellent and the starters and mains were superb. Both my fish dish and my companions meat dish delivered... More
