Very pleasant venue for business lunch

Visited Cliff Townhouse for the first time very recently. Great experience. Lovely venue and great food at what I felt was quite a reasonable rate.

Visited the cliff today for lunch and it was absolutely amazing, from wine to desserts!! We also had amazing service here although I do not recall my servers name, he was fantastic!! 5 stars all round, if I visit Dublin again I will definitely come back here before anywhere else!

Fabulous building in the heart of the city. Seafood is a must to have there, excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. A bit pricey, but I suppose you pay for quality

had lunch here last Sunday with 3 friends and everything was excellent. We were greeted by a lovely female who took our coats and lead us to the dining room. The room was bright and airy and staff very welcoming. It was my first visit but 2 in my party had eaten there before. I had delicious naturalły smoked haddock... More

The food here, especially the seafood is very good. The starter of carpaccio of sea bream was something I've never had before and the frozen lemon cream with it made the dish really fresh. The monkfish main with carbonara sauce was nice, the fish not overcooked so retaining it's tenderness. The Mauritian waiter was friendly but despite the number of... More

We stumble upon this place by chance and we ordered the seafood platter. It was very tasty and all the seafood tasted really fresh. Good service and nice ambience.

Nice room, brasserie offering, light and attractive. But, then a lot of unnecessary blunders sort of screwed it up: (i) we had two vegetarians who asked for the veg option (saffron risotto proposed), other waiter taking order says, no I don't think we are doing this (we tell him other waiter said so), but he insists not, like we're telling... Three of us went for an evening meal on a busy Saturday night. Food was excellent ( the Venison was melt -in-the-mouth beautiful). Our Waiter was excellent ( unfortunately I cannot remember his name). The service was top notch and the surroundings and atmosphere was up market but relaxed.

We had a brilliant lunch today in this fantastic restaurant. The food was excellent and beautifully cooked. The setting is brilliant in a very classy 17th century room right in the centre of Dublin, on the iconic St Stephens Green. The service was marvellous, with very attentive, professional, friendly and courteous staff. It was very relaxed and exactly what we... More

Private room for team dinner on business trip. Food and service both excellent, old style decor and relaxed style.
