Stopped here for lunch and couldn't believe how good the food was! The restaurant was around half full and the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend the Famous Dublin Coddle as it was one of the best stews I've ever had. Plenty of choice to cater for all tastes and a great location in the Temple Bar area.

The food is very good and offered a a very fair value. Service is excellent - they are very personable and efficient. We wandered in for a late lunch and had the pleasure of Walter serving us. He was very engaging with our 9 year old daughter...joking & teasing her. We decided to go back for dinner the next evening... More

Very good typical Irish restaurant located in the heart of Dublin in the Temple Bar district. You must try the Irish beef Guinness stew and the Fish&chips.

We were arriving in Dublin on my birthday, so I really wanted to book a table to avoid having to traipse around the city. We wanted a place serving Irish food, and many places didn't take bookings, so this place seemed ideal. It was. Great food, efficient service, good atmosphere even if the tables are on the small side (but... More

I spent 5 days bar hopping in the Temple district, I was mostly looking for good music. I can say that by far the Quay bar has the best. Food was good but and it wouldn't choose this place for dinner, but if you are looking for music and drinks, I will strongly recommend it.

We almost passed this place until a lady outside encouraged us to have lunch here on a Sunday noon. It is a very cozy place at the inside. Not too noise or crowded and the menu accommodates all sorts of dishes. We decided to take the Sunday roast and homemade fish and chips. This was the best roast I ever... More

We ate here on our first night in Ireland. The staff were very nice and friendly. The food was unremarkable; we all enjoyed our meals but nothing stood out,

We had a meal here on our last out of 3 nights as we wanted irish food again, and we were not disappointed, we had a two course early bird deal for 18 euro each, not bad at all for temple "rip off" bar. The irish stew was lovely and had a nice pint of guiness in there too. Unfortunately... More

Been here many times and the food is brilliant. Really reasonably priced and well worth a look! The guinness casserole is my favourite and you get a wealthy portion too!

We were in the bar for a few drinks and noticed the food looked nice which they were serving. We ordered a mixed dish with 2 stews, fish & chips, a sheppards pie and a bowl of mash costing 30 euros. Every dish was delicious!!! Must say the best food we have had in Ireland.
