really enjoyed the dinner, the waiter was really good (Portuguese guy) passionate about his work and patient with us, translating what we needed. the food was original and fine!! really good experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed the table d'hote menu which was very good value at 35 euro for 3 courses. The food was all absolutely delicious and we were given an appetiser on the house. We ate on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was a little quiet and slightly lacking in atmosphere but other than that cannot fault it.

Visited Dax for an evening meal, and the food absolutely lived up to our high expectations. Not sure how the Michelin guide works, but having eaten in a few starred restaurants this would appear to belong in that club. Top class service with beautiful food made our trip extremely enjoyable. I told the waiter we were there for a birthday so a candle arrived with dessert and happy birthday wrote on plate while the waiter made an effort to sing happy birthday. Will definitely visit again
