The casual and comfortable atmosphere was as good as the Olesya deluxe cheese and meat plate (€29), served with excellent freshly baked bread. The bottle of Torres Ibericos (€26.95), was incredibly reasonable for such quality tasting red wine. We loved this cute little place.

My wife and first found Olesya's 6 years ago on our first trip to Dublin. We were cash strapped and on a strict budget and stopped in for a glass of wine only to discover the most wonderful cosy warm ambience and soooooo appetising wine list. A bottle of our favorite Chateaux Musar and a plate of cheese later, we... More

Went to Olesya's Wine Bar quite late at night and there were still quite some guest enjoying drinks. I was recommended a nice Sauvignon Blanc by the lady serving and had the glass out on the tables on the street. Service was fast and nice and the wine was good.

Paid my fourth visit to this wine bar recently and I love the place! I have only ever had drinks here and have yet to try the food. A lovely setting, cosy and friendly. Worth a visit.

Ate here the other evening during a short stay in Dublin. A great place in that you can go in just for a glass of wine, or a snack or a full meal. We started with prosecco and a selection from the 'nibbles' menu (what a great idea), then had a main course with glasses of wine from the extensive... More

My friend and I stumbled upon this gem last night while searching for a good place to eat. While we were looking for food, it turns out that the main attraction here is the wine. The wine list is an incredible thick book of about 10-12 pages, listing wines by type and country of origin. The menu was a more... More

The food here isn't the main draw. A starter of pate was pretty average while the main course of confit duck leg was very well prepared and quite tasty. The cheese board contained a good selection. The wine list is great, containing some interesting wines from unusual places as well as the more standard options, all at reasonable prices. Nice... More
