Extensive wine list

Looking for a nice glass of wine somewhere that wasn't a restaurant or a bar I found this place and it was buzzing with a large crowd. Their wine list is extensive and I was happy with my choice of red. The staff are welcoming and helpful and its in a good location close to Dame St and Grafton... read more

Stopped in for a glass of wine while wondering the Grafton streets of Dublin. A pleasant stop on the explore of the shopping district.

Passed by this evening (19/12). Was strangely quiet - all the better for us. Chilled out with a nice bottle of Lebanese red....beautiful. Service was friendly and impeccable as usual. Always an excellent recommendation.

Having not booked anything we were struggling to find somewhere central and not too formal for good dinner on Sat night in Dec. Olesya's found us a table and provided an excellent relaxed evening with lovely wine, good food nicely presented and attentive service. A little pricey as most of Dublin, but a lovely evening.

For a restaurant to charge so much for their food you would expect the chef to have a little bit more finesse in cooking - as I'm a vegetarian I asked if they could make a simple pasta as I didn't fancy the standard risotto every restaurant tried to palm off on us however I should have stuck to the... They call themselves a wine bar but the concept is a little bit brasserie, a littlbe bit tapas, a little bit cafe' without a clear definition but try to please everyone. We had a seafood plate because we came in late and were not hungry and it was perfect for two of us. The winelist is extensive for Ireland and... More

This wine bar is in the heart of competitive Dublin eateries and offers a curious mix of easten european cafe society decor, 'euro bistro menu' staples and a wide, varied, interesting and great value wine list. Finding a table without booking on a Saturday night was not the indicator it could have been in this part of town, but there... More

Right in the heart of Dublin. Elegant and welcoming. More than 400 wines, 100 by the glass. Excellent for people who are getting into the wine's world. I can not say anything about the food because we(my girlfriend and I) only ordered a cheese board(very nice by the way) to go with a few wines. Because that evening it was... More

Nice atmosphere with a large selection for wines. Great wine glasses too which can be hard to find in Dublin. The cheese plate was good but the waiter unable to explain the cheeses served. Our wine was nice. Not sure I would return with all the other places that are out to compete.
