Great earlybird

I visited the restaurant on a Sunday at 5pm with my two daughters. We had the early bird meal which had a great selection of courses and offered many glutenfree options for my daughter who is coeliac. The restaurant was very quiet at that time which meant the service was excellent. We all enjoyed... read more

Today is my friends birthday and we are over in Dublin for the weekend and we wanted to eat somewhere and have a lovely meal that wasn't pub grub. We liked the look of the restaurant from the outside and the menu and when we went in the staff greeted us straight away and managed to find us a table... More

I visited the restaurant with a group of friends over the weekend and we were really pleased with the food. They offer gluten free options, which was a plus in a very eclectic groups. The food was reasonably priced and the restaurant was beautiful! I will certainly be back for a romantic meal.

So good we ate there 2 out of 3 nights in Dublin. Service was first class and personal. Over 100 wines by the glass and terrific food.

Visited in a party of 16 for a friends birthday. The service was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was good quality which everyone enjoyed. The organised birthday cake by the restaurant completed a fantastic evening

Reviews looked good for this so a group of 12 of us decided to dine here on a busy evening in Dublin. Staff were attentive and welcoming but the quality of the food and the length of time we had we had to wait for our food was disappointing. We sat downstairs in the cellar area and I felt we... We visited the resturant during our stay in dublin. The food was fantastic. I had the lamb shank and my girlfriend had the Venison steak which was flavorful. The wine list is great. But the best part was the service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Service was very slow but having said that I didn't mind waiting. One person of our 11 didn't get her food until we'd all eaten. My minestrone soup and chicken was lovely. Great location. Prices were the same as any around Temple Bar.

Based in the busy area of Temple Bar, Dublin we found La Caverna to be a quiet Oasis with a wonderful Italian style menu. The staff were most welcoming and we were seen to the unique cavern like lower eating area. The menu had a good selection and we both enjoyed our meal choices . They had an excellent wine... More

We came here on Friday night, we didn't book a table and the restaurant was full but they still managed to fit us in and I'm so glad they did! The food was amazing, I had rack of lamb, my friend had pasta and another had steak. All of us was amazed with how good the food and wine was... More
