Fabulous venue

We had a fantastic evening BBQ to celebrate a 40th birthday party and really enjoyed everything about Beaufield Mews. The garden are the highlight but there was also plenty of covered areas as we did get some rain but it really didn't matter. Food and service were excellent.

Booked this venue for pre/post drinks and a sit down meal for 26 guests. Place is nice , old world style and the main reason we picked it was for the gardens , some great photos and the kids had a blast. BUT the food was a big let down, I thought hard before making a review but when children... More

We had a great experience with the Beaufield Mews hosting a lunch to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. From the planning of the day, to the preparations and the day itself, they were thoughtful, helpful and hugely engaged in ensuring that everyone - especially the happy couple - enjoyed the day. The venue, food and staff could not have been... More

I recently attended a family event held at Beaufield Mews which was most enjoyable. It is an excellent venue for a summer lunch with a lovely garden for either a reception or the full event depending on the weather. The food was good and the service excellent.

Not bad food if a little expensive.I tried to talk to a member of staff by the name of Louise but got ignored as she was too busy chatting to a friend. But there was some nice art to look at on the walls!

I had my daughter's communion meal here in May. It was our first time in Beaufield Mews & what a great surprise, it was the perfect venue for our special day. The food was fab, service great (a special mention for Paddy, he was so lovely) & venue beautiful. Thankfully we were blessed with the weather so we were able... More

Having read the many positive online reviews of this venue I had no hesitation booking a table for a special family get-to-gether. However, to say it was a disappointment would be an understatement. Slow, indifferent service, limited menue, small portions - 5 chips in the bottom of a bowl, lukewarm meals when they eventually arrived an hour and a quarter... More

Dear Marion, Thank you for your comments. I am extremely shocked to read them and, as you point out, we normally receive wonderful reviews, so this is all the more disappointing. Unfortunately it is not possible to heat up a bearnaise sauce as it is a emulsion and cracks and splits when it reaches above room temperature. Perhaps this was... More

We celebrated my mother's 90th birthday here on 30th May. The venue was perfect as it has parking and the function area is on one level. the only disappointment was that it was raini9ng so we could not enjoy the garden for our pre-dinner reception. My abidi9ng memory was that the staff were so helpful - Alvaro, Alfie and Orla... More

This is a strange place to look at it seems like it should be in the outback in Spain not on the outskirts of Dublin, never the less this is the second time I have visited on both occasions the staff have been very helpful and friendly food wine and beer have also been excellent with good advise given on... Myself & my partner held our civil partnership here last July. We had decided initially that we wanted a Dublin wedding as most of our guests are living in the city. However, it was important to us that we also had outdoor space. Once we saw the garden in Beaufield Mews, we were sold! We really couldn't look anywhere else... More
