Great view good food

We stopped here for a bite before taking the boat ride. I had a delicious carrot soup that came with bread and my husband had a salmon sandwich. that came with salad and fries. I like the fact that signs encourage just ordering a snack. You don't have to order a full meal. It was just right for... read more

Stopped in here on Sunday last while down at the Food Market in Donegal Town. There was a nice atmosphere in the bar and restuarant area. However, service from alot of the staff was disappointing. We ordered from the lunch menu, no delays and the meal was just average. The mash potato was dried up and unedible. The staff at... More

Good restaurant to go to with a young family. We actually arrived before the lunchtime 'rush' so didn't have the full experience of the place. Food was good (with a reasonable selection for the kids), prices were reasonable so all in all were happy with the meal.

Good views from the upstairs bar, the food was well priced and good. I particularly liked the garlic potatoes.

Called in for lunch. The staff were very attentive, and our meals Chicken and Fish dishes were superb. The view was terrific, and the restaurant was very convenient to the public car park. All in all it is a place worth stopping at for a bite to eat. Recommend.

Popped to this venue for a drink during our stay in Donegal. Staff were very friendly and offered advice on local places to visit. The restaurant had a nice calm atmosphere and it was very spacious with tables offering views over the water.

Great location, good views of the bay from the restaurant windows. Good staff and efficient service. Some good fish dishes with all the usual stuff on the menu. I had the Hake, big portion, lovely dressing, served piping hot, but the fish was just a little over done.

Every year we visit the north west of Ireland but this was our first time in Doms and in Donegal town, my wife and I are from inverness. Scotland. We have always found that a carvery menu and what the carvery provides suits our needs much better than a la carte. Putting it simply, last Monday, the twelfth of this... More

Our family visited this restaurant on Wed last at 6 00 pm. It was totally empty. Service was slow despite the fact we were the only four people in the restaurant. Food was dry tasteless and far over-priced. Atmosphere - there was none. A cold breeze came through an open door which we found unpleasant. our meal came to 103... More

We waited for over an hour for our table as waitress explained they were busy, didn't look that busy but we persevered. We ordered our food and after 30 mins we finally got our starters, not great but we were starving. Eventually got our dinners much later, not worth the wait, much much better other places to eat in the... More
